“Just picked up my car and am so pleased! I hit a blown tire on my way to NJ coming home from Maine to visit family, and my entire front end was messed up. Town 2 were so great throughout the entire process, they went out of their way to make sure I was able to get my car towed up into the shop before the holiday weekend so I wouldn't be stuck without a car in NJ for more than I needed to. They called me with updates along the way (took about 2 weeks to fix because of all the parts that needed to be ordered, replaced, and then painting the new front bumper) and were very patient and kind. They finished the car earlier than the estimated finish date, which I am sooo happy about! Everyone was friendly when I picked up the car, and the car was washed and cleaner than when I left it with them. “Jennifer and crew were fantastic. I called while on a business trip to see if I could get new tires put on before I got back to town. She had me drop my truck off so it could be done the next day. When actually it was done right after I dropped it off.
So much easier dealing with family business than the larger corporate companies that just want to rip you off and do sub-par work! I’ll go back for sure!”
