I can't even begin to express my disappointment. I had used Tom for a number of years with no issue. While it's true he is not the most responsive I've never had an issue with timely filing or inaccurate returns. Last year, we filed just under the wire by paper. To date, no refunds have been issued AND apparently at the review of another CPA last years returns were incorrect! There was a variety of information noted that was incorrect resulting in me having to come out of pockets THOUSANDS of dollars! Late notices were received by the State and when I tried to have him correct he never called me back and when he did his explanation was short at best. Mind you he was paid and now I'm left in the lurch. Not sure what happened but would never use him again nor recommend to anyone.

Although he did an adequate job of filing taxes he has zero follow up on a tax correction that was now filed over a year ago. I was able to get in touch with him ONCE after my initial filing and was told to “keep waiting”. Now, after leaving multiple messages for a year, I still have yet to hear back. Would not recommend based on this experience.
