Station Athletics is the greatest, most welcoming crossfit gym. I just returned after a short hiatus, and the amount of friendly faces, and helping coaches was overwhelming. It made me feel so much more comfortable. The classes are great and no matter what your experience level is, you can do it! I highly recommend anyone to take that leap and come by the gym!

I'm in the beginning stages of Sparta athletics challenge and I have to say that I'm very excited and can't wait to begin my classes. I have already been set up with an nutrition program, my goals have been set and every one have made the experience so far very welcoming and easy.

Excellent coaches and classes for all levels and abilities. I took the 6 week challenge, lost over 20 lbs, and made some valuable life changes following their nutrition plan. One of the best things I ever did for myself.

Station Athletics @ Sparta is not your average gym where no one knows your name let alone offer you a smile. Here you truly become part of their community. Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable folks at Sparta location makes my 30 plus minute drive totally worth it. The coaches hold you accountable, they help with meal planning, weekly weigh-ins and addressing any questions or concerns one may have to achieve their fitness goals. I have been a member of big box gyms for over 20 years but they just don’t compare. Although workouts are high intensity, instructors are very mindful of every participant’s personal endurance. Group setting classes are ideal for shy beginners to get them out of their comfort zone or even serious athletes but are never over crowded. They offer vast schedule of group classes as well as open gym hours. Great selection of equipment that is not your typical elliptical or dumbbells. What I love most is the fact that every class is different and full of energy which makes working out fun and riveting. Honestly, I don’t think my family and I can ever go to a traditional boring gym ever again because this has changed our outlook on exercising.

This CrossFit gym is more than just a gym. The people that workout there are so kind and motivating. All of the coaches are very supportive and helpful through the workouts. If you are looking for a place to feel comfortable lifting and learning how to become a better you I would highly suggest doing the 6 week challenge. I did the challenge and then ended up joining as a member!

Wanting to learn the olympic lifting aspect of fitness, I joined without question. All of the coaches have been attentive, encouraging, and most of all focused on making sure I get the full benefit out of the movements and class as a whole. Although it still takes me 10 minutes to mentally amp myself up to enroll in a strength day, I am always left at the end fortunate that I had pushed myself to go. Being a group fitness instructor myself has left me too comfortable and I love it here because once or twice a week I can get better at things I know I need to work on in order to continue feeling fulfilled in fitness. The endurance days are a ball but the strength days are a grind and I love that. Every workout is programmed for members to progress and modifications offered. The more you attend the more your body will adapt and everyone just needs to give that a chance.

Love this gym! Everyone is very welcoming and supportive of your journey no matter how new you are to CrossFit. Highly recommend for those that are nervous to start a gym program for the first time.

Started going as part of the 6 week challenge and haven’t stopped. Everyone is super friendly and the coaches are so helpful. I had zero experience and was up to speed in a few weeks. Now I can’t stop going!! Highly recommend!

Sparta Station Athletics is worth every penny! I went in on a promotional offer, not knowing really anything about CrossFit or “gym-life”, but decided I needed change! All I can say is all the coaches I have encountered are amazing! Supportive, motivating, and just overall great mentors. If you’re looking for that little extra and need a change, I highly suggest giving Sparta Station Athletics a try. Ask for Vicky! ?

March 2022 Started on a 6 weeks free Program lost over 15 lbs. I signed up for 6 months. And Lost another 40lbs. Due to work hours I couldn’t complete program, coach Vicki gave me and extra 12 weeks to come in after missing over 3 months of activities. They were easy within my injuries and found ways to accommodate work outs to accomplish same exercise. I Live in Jersey but work in NY. Schedule & commute from work put me on Hold again. If they had a later time after 6 pm. I can be active again. I didn’t reach my Gold but have to appreciate the work and effort they put in their CrossFit program ( Work outs) thumbs up! 5 stars all the way. Give Sparta a chance, and you won’t regret it. From 297lbs to 244lbs within 3 or 4 months. Thank you Sparta. I will be back again!. I’ve kept my weight at 243lbs but from Nov 2022 til Now Jan 2023 , I went up 12 lbs?
