“Shawnt’e was extremely polite and helpful today! She hands down gave my girlfriend the best customer experience to date with the post office. She provided excellent service and possessed the knowledge to make sure our package arrived at the time we needed it to. And at the best possible price. We were quoted as having to spend almost $200, to have the same delivery service done by FedEx. We spent nowhere near that, and our package is expected to be there exactly when we want it to. “I wanted to give a review in response to the previous review for this office, nothing can be further from the truth, Candy is the kindest, most helpful and knowledgeable person that worked at the Augusta nj post office, chances are that the customer didn't get his way so he lashed out on here. he probably had nothing prepared and it was time to close so it was suggested if he needed time to prepare that other offices were open later. it's actually comical to see a bad review about candy if you've ever met her or had the pleasure of doing business at this post office when Candy Shannon and Erik worked there, unfortunately Candy and Erik retired and Shannon transferred, best of luck to all 3 of them, they deserve nothing but the best”

“I've been going to this post office for years and Mary Ann (the Blonde lady) is always very helpful, efficient & friendly. As for other people's complaints about postal rates and late deliveries, I'm not sure why they would blame the postal clerk as she doesn't set the rates (she just gives you your options), nor does she deliver the packages herself (she just puts them into the system). So you should take out your frustrations elsewhere. I'd give Mary Ann 6 stars if I could!”

“I use this FedEx all the time for work, I bring in large, heavy and bulky shipments, hundreds of desk phones, network equipment etc, being shipped back to warehouses around the country. I've never had an issue and I've alway gotten great help with everything. I can use any FedEx on my route to and from jobs but I make sure to use this one because I know the job will be done right with no hassle or problems.”

Even when I had a problem with a package that never arrived at its destination, the gentleman was able to advise me what I needed to do to try to track/report the package as never delivered. I just wish they didn't have such limited hours of 3p-7p. Would be nice if they were open to the public a bit earlier.”

“It has been my experience that although the postal system in itself has many flaws, even as a small customer I can say this particular office does move to resolve issues quickly. I came in yesterday with a problem, and I appreciate having my mail delivered to my box this morning with no issues. I also commend your driver for locating my actual box (not easy) and finding a way to get it in there this morning around the ice and snow. Thank you guys”

“I could not ask for more helpful folks then at the Rockaway, NJ location on route 46.. They are courteous, engaged and sensitive to the fact that I am 76 and not very savvy with technology. They have always gone above and beyond to be helpful and I am so grateful. Not an easy job running a busy store, but they seem to take everything in stride and I have never had a problem with my items being returned to the right vendor.”

“Looking at other reviews, I have to wonder what's going on with those reviewers and this post office. We're there every day to pick up mail for our business and to drop off mail to get sent out. We go at different times and while it's crowded sometimes, like every business is at one point or another, as soon as people wait a minute or two, if there's only one clerk, at least one other person comes out to help. The clerks are fast and efficient and certainly polite. The place is very clean and we never have trouble picking up Priority supplies if we run short from what we order (for free) directly from USPS. No, the postal service doesn't provide packing tape - when have they ever? Also, someone wrote that there's 'no one to complain to', but USPS has feedback online, so that's not true. USPS does a lot for our business and they're cheap, fast and reliable. I can't imagine needing more than that. Maybe mimosas?”
