I was told SB One would do a HELOC on my rental property by a teller. I then began communication with Lynn Messina. I go through the arduous process of completing an application (3-4 hours) and have my credit ran only to be told by Lynn "we only do HELOCs on rental properties when we are the first lien on the property." As if that information wasnt available already to her. After running my credit she proceeds to offer me options for refinancing my 2.5% mortgage into a ~5.5% mortgage.
