I called to get a quote for central air, claimed couldn't install it do to no way to get it to my first floor. so he said would have to put 2 ac units in one in my attic and one in my basement. Then proceeded to say it would be more money because they would have to take my walls apart. so I asked for ductless ac / mini splits. just sent me a price for 4 mini splits 27000.00 dollars. I'll buy window units for 1000. change them every few years

Ryan was great. He came out for what we thought was an easy ticket item but turned out to be much bigger. He was super nice and explained everything in a way I can understand and gave some great tips to improve the health of our system in the future!

Had a new HVAC system installed by Austin and Joe today. They did a Super Job and everything is running Great. I even got to see an old Friend, David Mass, from the old Camping Days in Lake George! Great seeing David!.

My experience with the company so far is awesome. The staff that I've interacted with are very courteous, diligent, knowledgeable and respectful. The work was done on time and neatly. Their pricing may be on the high side comparison to other HVAC companies but it may worth it in the end. I'm a VIP member with them. That membership program may also worth joining. Good company to be a part of!

The R Poust team did a GREAT JOB!!!! The installation was long for the day before a holiday weekend but the guys made sure that everything worked and looked great. It is refreshing to see a team that takes pride in their work. I look forward to using them in the future for other projects and to recommend them to family and friends.

Yesterday Garrett Teune came to inspect our electrical system and replace two outlets. We were very impressed with the way he explained what he was doing and the reason for it. He was very efficient and had a pleasant manner.

We had our boiler/furnace replaced. From the estimate to clean up, these guys were fair, efficient, professional and clean. I got the best price from anywhere and I'm happy with the work they did. The install guys were very nice and worked fast. Did exactly what was promised. Shout out to the svc manager. Good job guys. Ps. Get them electric hand trucks!!!
