“I went to the Optimum Location in Sparta (07/27/2023) My Modem Died. I was nervous That I was not going to get a new one and would have to come back as the reviews of this location are very bad. That is not the case! April who works at the Front Help Desk was Absolutely Awesome. She new Exactly what I needed. She saw that I was on a very old Service Electric contract and updated my speed to today's stands. I was there for 30 minutes but I was interested in learning more about the wireless plan. I have been with Verizon for 25 years and pay way too much. I am a Truck driver and Drive the exact same route everyday. So I know all of Verizon's Dead spots very well. I did the 2nd sim in my Galaxy 23, Optimum's 1g to test out for a few days to see if it will work for me. WOW! It died in the exact same area as "V" but for a shorter amount of Time. Now that's 1 day. I will see. But I have to say April Was AWESOME!!!! She know's Her STUFF!!!!! Thanks Again!!!!!”

“I had a great experience yesterday at the Apple Store in Rockaway. My work/personal laptop battery needed repair. Alex provided great service and hooked me up with the business team and we discussed the cost of repair vs purchasing a new one and what makes the most sense/saves the most money.Then on the way out, my kids were given free kids t-shirts. Super nice and just good vibes all around. Especially for a Sunday morning. Love that we are so close to this store.”

“Let me start by saying Josh and Derek are AWESOME! After going to the Ledgewood store and them telling me they can practically do nothing for me and not upgrade my phone because they did not want to work, I drove over to the Rockaway store they helped me and I was in and out in 15 minutes no problem at all. Excellent customer service, I recommended 3 friends and family to go over there because of how great of a job they did! After leaving the Ledgewood store (Most unprofessional store around) I consider Rockaway the best around.”
