Lenny and Jo Anne went above and beyond to ensure I picked the perfect Diamond and setting, and the end result was perfect! The ring is gorgeous and she absolutely loves it. J. Thomas Jewelers is a great small town business. I moved away from NJ 5 yrs ago..back in town for extended visit. I had used JTJ when I lived here so I brought rings from Mom with me to be polished and one needed sizing. The personal customer service is still GREAT!!..THANK YOU for making me feel welcome and comfortable leaving rings from my Mother in your possession.

Two years ago we decided to reset my engagement ring diamond into an anniversary ring. I brought a photo of what I wanted, and the ring was made to order. Matched my diamond with 4 additional diamonds flanking it perfectly. My vision for the ring was realized with great detail, patience, and friendliness. This store is a gem and I trust them completely.

Very unprofessional and pampas. To think i was coming here to spend money and I'm very glad I didn't. I will no longer be a returning guest. I have lived in sparta for years and have been a loyal patron. Get a clue and get a system dealing and working through Covid. Your adjusted business hours are terrible. Customer service is even worse. No system to service guest accept who's the fastest and easiest picking up. How does someone get to pick up unless they dropped off and paid?! Happily moving on to another local jewelry who values customer experienceUntrue! You were not closed , I was in line along with others as I was skipped over numerous times. I was there and called ahead about a ring fitting and watch band sizing. I called ahead to confirm the jewler was in as you directed me to when I called earlier during the week.

I lost a diamond in my antique eternity wedding band. I brought it to J. Thomas Jewelers in Sparta. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and I picked it up on Saturday. They cleaned my ring and tightened all the prongs and the cost was very reasonable... less than what they estimated. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience all around. My ring looks beautiful!

I highly recommend J Thomas Jewelers!! The staff is extremely friendly and is very knowledgeable in regards to fine jewelry. Lenny went out of his way to help me pick out the perfect necklace for my girlfriend's birthday. Their pricing is extremely fair and reasonable! Their collection of jewelry is second to none as fine, beautiful, exquisite and elegant!!

Nice store. Nice jewelry. Staff was courteous. I didn’t give them five stars because at that time I was simply looking and actually would have probably come back to buy because I am into supporting local business. But after giving the price and then giving another price...saying it’s good right now or we wouldn’t give you that price again made me go to their competition.
