I couldn't be more grateful to have had the opportunity to have been introduced to all the people at Golden castle jewelers. Steve Bitlisli and his team, were beyond helpful in making my dreams of a ring come true. They guided me on everything from the sizing, cut of diamonds, as well as the type of setting for the diamonds best to secure it for my career.. They were just as happy as we were with the results. I could not express how easy they had made this for me. (I knew absolutely nothing about what i wanted), but i showed them what i wanted. I put my utmost trust in them, and they did not disappoint. They installed a ring guard in the most hidden and unique way, and i needed it altered a tiny bit and they were able to do it the day after i got the ring. The confidence they gave my future husband, help him not stress out about it as well, he still stressed out but it was mainly just because of the Jets. They are so genuine and their knowledge made everything so stress free. They made the most beautiful ring I've ever laid eyes on. I can't say enough great things about them. If I could give them more stars I would.

Gold Castle Jewelers has high quality jewelry with personal care to detail. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for that 'special piece' for you or your loved one. I am also thankful for amazing work done with some repairs I needed done to my jewelry. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend it to others.

Had such a good experience on my recent visit to Golden Castle. Steve has such a good eye. He appraised several gold bracelets I brought to him. Additionally, he saw and cleaned my older Tag watch crystal which was foggy, I didn't even notice. After Steve's watch cleaning the watch looked amazing. Ilana was lovely helping me with the purchase of a beautiful new Breitling and Tag. Ilana and Steve are such wonderful professionals. Men, clean your watches and then treat yourself to something new at Golden Castle.

My experience at Golden Castle Jewelers was nothing short of fantastic! Illana, her husband, and her team deserve more than 5 stars, truly. I came in looking to purchase an engagement ring to propose to my long-time girlfriend - and I was not disappointed one bit. I have brought smaller items to Golden Castle for repair (a chain necklace and watches for battery replacement) and with those small, minuscule projects, they treated me with the utmost respect and proved to me that small businesses truly do it better. Coming to Illana and her team was a no brainer for me for my, now finacès, ring. I was treated with so much respect and kindness through the process. I think all men will agree how nerve racking that process can be, but with Golden Castle it felt seamless. I am beyond thrilled with how the ring came out, and so is my fiancè. We will be returning for wedding bands when the big day comes! I cannot thank Illana enough for how amazing this process went for us and for the beautiful ring she delivered.

Let’s first say that I am more comfortable walking into an auto parts store than a jewelry store. However, when I walked into Golden Castle Jewelers in Sparta looking for an engagement ring I was immediately placed at ease. Working with Ilana has been a fun and enjoyable experience. With her assistance, I was able to personalize the engagement ring into something elegant and beautiful, and which had meaning to my bride-to-be. We have since returned to purchase the wedding bands. I could not have imagined a more perfect combination of engagement ring and wedding band. Whether it be something simple or more ornate, they can do it all. When I walked into Golden Castle Jewelers, I entered as a customer. When I left, I felt like I left as part of the family!

My husband and I where looking for a jeweler who custom makes name plates. Most jewelers we walked into did not do this or were not so warm and welcoming. The quality of work was superb.I found the best jeweler in Sussex county and would highly recommend going there.

I want to share my experience with Steve and Ilana at Golden Castle Jewelers. I brought in my 30 year old wedding band and engagement ring to have fixed and cleaned up. After having another jeweler do the same several years ago, I wasn’t expecting too much based on how my rings came back from that jeweler. I was so upset with my rings that I originally came into the store to look at a new setting but that was put on hold when my daughter announced her engagement. Steve listened to my concerns and disappointment from my prior experience and he assured me that he will do 150% better. He originally told me it would be a 10 day turn around but I was super surprised when I received a called later in the week to come pick them up. I was a little hesitant but after seeing the change in the wedding band, I couldn’t wait to see the engagement ring. I cannot tell you how pleased I am. He addressed all of my concerns and made my rings look completely new!!! And I have them in time for Thanksgiving.I highly recommend Golden Castle Jewelers!

Ilana was was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I probably tried on every single ring before choosing the perfect one. They customized and resized it for me very quickly as well. 10/10.
