Cvs prescription prices significantly higher than insurance said I should pay. Imaging them doing it to all their customers! I'm outta there!

This place is a joke. In line to by kids medicine and the guy says they are closing for lunch come back 30 minutes later. How about you plan ahead and stagger lunches like every other business. Will never come back.

never get your rx sent here. long lines, slow as heck. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES! my opinion is they are short staffed anf overwork the crew! the lax approach is purposeful, its PHARMAGEDDON, a movement by employees to send the corporat task masters a message! its happening in all chain pharmacies. but sick folks need medicines! do something CVS!

The pharmacist her are extremely rude and very unprofessional. Almost never have prescriptions ready in time. Never answer the phone and not uncommon for them to hang up on you.

Worst pharmacy ever. Prescription has been 4 business days behind. Nobody answers their phone. Nobody returns their phone call.

I was greeted promptly in a very friendly manner by Jill and as she saw me looking at the isle signs she asked if I needed help and directed me to the vitamins. The store was fairly busy. I went in for just some vitamins and cough drops. My immediate reaction was that the vitamins were very expensive. I then noticed the buy one get one deal so I chose that. Upon check out some customers were waiting, it appeared for copies or photos. Jill again saw I was ready to pay and quickly jumped on a register for me to check out. I thought a was a reward member but wasn't. She offered and encouraged me to sign up to get the discounts. I was apprehensive because I needed to get back to work. She was very quick, efficient and very pleasant. Jill saved me a lot of money. She is an exceptionally positive person to deal with and CVS is lucky to have her. Thank you Jill for a quick and very positive shopping experience.

BEWARE! I was being charged for my prescriptions when there should not have been a charge at all because i had met my insurance deductible. When I asked why there was a cost, they said "Oh, we ran it through with a discount coupon for you so the cost would be less." I countered with - there should be no cost because i've met my deductible, they stood there silently. This happened on at least 3 occasions with 3 different medications. The first time, i missed it and went back and got a refund. The second time i stopped them and they had to rerun the entire script through insurance which took 25 minutes, the third time i was so frustrated I told them I didn't want the medication.Make sure you know if you have met your deductible so that you don't pay if you don't have to!

I wish I’d read the reviews for this CVS before sending my prescriptions there. Everything written here is true. This is a pharmacy that won’t answer calls. This morning I spent nearly an hour on hold. They’d pick up, then put me right back on hold. Turns out, it’s a regular practice of this pharmacist. I called and got the front desk and was told that this is just how it is. There’s no way for the front desk to get the pharmacy to respond to calls. I ever tried having the front desk transfer me. Still no answer after forever. Eventually just hung up and started finding a new pharmacy. I’ve been with CVS for most of my adulthood. It doesn’t matter though if you can’t reach the people filling your scripts.

If I could rate them zero, I would. Constant problems getting almost every single medication. Nonstop issues with their phone line that randomly “doesn’t work”. Perpetual issues with incompetent pharmacy technicians who can’t seem to fill a prescription correctly through a primary and secondary insurance. They refuse to keep my one medication in stock, but then when I go to fill it, they say that it is on backorder. But then it comes in a week later. If they would just keep it in stock, that week would have been while I was actively using the drug they already dispensed, and then I wouldn’t be out of the drug that I need to function. Now, I am having a different issue, with incompetency, and absolutely terrible customer service. Either they are severely understaffed, or there is literally zero training for them, because there is no way there could be this many issues in a regular basis if they were properly staffed and trained.
