“My car was badly damaged, fender, side view mirror, windows, and both passenger doors (front and back). I had met with Andrew the owner several years back when a different vehicle I had purchased had some damage and remembering his demeaner and attention to detail I knew I had to take my Forester to his shop. So I worked with my insurance company to have my Forester sent to FSAB. They were very busy at the time and the owner said that they couldn't take my vehicle in for repair for another 6 weeks. After looking around at reviews from other shops, I decided having he work done correctly would be worth the wait and got of FSAB's schedule.They repaired my sideview mirror immediately and made it so the passenger door could open and close so that I could continue to drive safely while I waited to have the rest of the work done. Come January 4th I was able to drop of my vehicle for repair. Flash forward the following Saturday and my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Absolutely gorgeous work, you would have never known it was damaged in the first place. I hop in my Subaru to take it to the dealership to have the mechanical damage from the accident repaired. On the way there I noticed a loud noise, almost as if a window was cracked and air was whooshing in. I immediately called Andrew and he said to bring it back once the dealership was finished, assuring me they'd make it right.When I did Tom (or Tim) sat in my passenger seat and went for a ride to hear the noise first hand. Fiddled with one of the windows that was repaired and was able to get the noise to stop by applying pressure. Went back to the shop and tried a fix. We ended up doing this maybe 2 more times, and eventually Andrew also got involved. While they were putting their heads together to tackle the nuanced problem I chatted with my neighbor who had given me a ride that day.The whole thing took no more then an additional 40 minutes of troubleshooting and they tackled the problem. Honestly I think my vehicle ended up with less cabin noise then before the accident somehow.I gave all that detail to paint a picture of what this shop offers the people of Sussex County. Top notch, un-paralleled repairs with attention to the finest details. They don't just swap out parts, paint them and send you on your way. They stand by their work. Integrity and commitment to quality work personified. If you ever find yourself requiring body work, do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to Franklin Sussex Auto Body. You can sleep well knowing that you will get your car back pristine. Honestly I'd travel 50+ miles to have work done here if I ever needed to again. This business should serve as a model for how automotive body work should be done.”

“Would definitely recommend using Troast for autobody work. A friend backed into my car and damaged the fender. I was able to complete an online estimate with pictures and have an answer within a few days. I ended up booking with Troast because they had the best rate and the fastest turn around, not to mention close to Enterprise Rental. In addition, I spoke to Jeff who was helpful and pleasant which is always nice. Overall it was a great experience and I would return if I needed similar work done.”

“Can I just say, D&M Auto Body made the experience of getting my car repaired, the BEST, worst experience ever. I think we can all agree that having something go wrong with your car is terrible and we’d all rather NOT do it, but if I had to do it again, D&M is the only place I’d go from here on out.In a haze of grief from losing a friend the week prior, I backed my brand new 2024 Hyundai Tucson into a parking garage support beam, basically ripping the mirror off the door. That night I did some research on auto body shops in the area and I’m so glad I found D&M.Every aspect of working with D&M, from getting the estimate to picking up my fully repaired car today, was pleasant and seamless.The website not only has information about the services they offer, what the repair process is, their team and history, but also has information that was super useful as a general customer like FAQs, consumer rights information, how to manage the insurance claims process, and even information on things your insurance company can and can’t do.The customer service was absolutely immaculate. My appraiser Dave, pretty much held my hand through the entire process and did so with patience and grace. I’m not ashamed to admit that I had NO idea what I was doing, and he quickly and kindly answered all my emails, took all my calls, and answered every question I had, especially those concerning the claims process because Progressive wasn’t very clear at ALL in what they needed. Shannon at the front desk, would periodically check in and give me updates on what was happening with the car and the progress they were making (or not) with Progressive, and was just a pleasure to speak to.The repair is flawless and was done SO quickly. I got the call that my car was ready only a week and 2 days after they’d let me know that they could begin the repairs! If you look at my car you wouldn’t even know that the door needed to be replaced. It looks exactly like it does when I drove it off the lot in September. Everything is functioning as it should. They even detailed the inside of the car, gave her a wash, and blessed me with a complimentary t-shirt and keychain. Immaculate. Customer. Service!!D&M has a customer for life …that is as long as they’re willing to have me lol. I know Progressive isn’t the best to deal with. “The politeness of the folks there turned around my initial “meh” experience. I had an appointment at 7:00 am on Saturday morning. Sign said they opened at 7:00 AM, and I waited until 7:24 AM, and the administration area remained locked (no one there). So - I Dropped my keys in the overnight box, filled out a slip and left. That was a little disappointing, however when I got there later that morning to pick my vehicle up they were all very attentive and polite. That made it an overall good experience. They just shouldn’t make 7:00 AM appointments available if no one is there until 8:00 or so. Would go back for sure”
