“I have lived at the Avalon Wharton for a few years and I have had an amazing experience. From the process of first leasing my home to eventually moving out, the management team has always been so helpful and supportive. John in particular has always gone above and beyond for his residents. He follows through on any requests or concerns, he answers any questions you may have and does all of this while remaining friendly, personable and kind. I recently moved to another Avalon community and he helped me with the entire transfer process. He explained all the logistics and what I needed to do and then processed everything on his end very quickly. Very grateful to John and his team who made me feel at home and comfortable throughout my stay at the Avalon Wharton!Shoutout to the maintenance team who were always there for any issues in the apartment and got things done so efficiently!Thank you!”

“Love this apartment complex ! For the price , u can’t beat it ! The apartments are so spacious and well taken care of ! Karl is a great landlord and keeps the units up to date and if there is ever an issue , he’s very helpful ! Has everything u could need including a balcony , central air conditioning, lots of natural lighting , tons of closet space, garages to rent , and they even accept pets!! Would definitely recommend this place !”

Mary and Denise are so so wonderful and take care of anything that comes up. Maintance people do a fabulous job and are also ontop of things also a pleasure to work with them they get job. “Seasons is a wonderful place to live! Recent changes in staff have been phenomenal. Miriam has come onto the scene and has made such a difference. New carpets and paint and attention to details has this place firing on all cylinders. I highly recommend this wonderful place for active 55+ residents”
