Had an absolutely phenomenal experience renting a 15 foot truck and Auto Transport from this location. I'm terrible with names but the woman helping me was absolutely great, and went above and beyond to try to confirm if my car would fit the trailer. Highly recommend!

Lisa is the best. Her and Jamie are amazing. They will go the extra mile to assist you. Just be patient with her. It’s a south jersey reaction. People move slow in south Jersey. I recently moved from northern NJ close to 4 of the 5 boroughs: BROOKLYN, QUEENS, MANHATTAN, BRONX. That fast pace life don’t exist in south Jersey. Adapt your self and you will fall right in. This lady will wait for you if need be. She is really nice and beyond helpful. She will work with you to the best of your ability to communicate with her properly; which is a simple human thing. As a person of color I always feel welcome and my business is appreciated by Lisa based on the way her, her sister or even husband talks to me and treats me. Try them , be humanly respectful and I guarantee you will not regret doing business with them. I drive almost 20 miles to get to them because of the way they treat me.

Not only did I have a great experience renting a truck here I also left my vehicle to get maintenance done on it. I could not have been happier with the business here and I will definitely be coming back.

Rented a u-haul from this establishment and could not have had a better experience! Had a warm welcome from Jeff the furry greeter followed by a very nice woman who gave us warm wishes and hugs! It was quite a drive but I would happily do business there again.

We have used this facility many times to rent a U-Haul and Lisa has always been extremely accommodating and willing to work times and schedules out with us around our schedule. I would highly recommend this facility to rent a U-Haul.

The office staff at this location are very nice. The "owner," however, is in need of direction on how to communicate with customers. Her attitude and demeanor definitely need refinement. She was not in the office yesterday at 11:00 am and was unreachable when I arrived for my reservation, so the office staff had to do their best to help me. They were frustrated that they could not reach her, but I got the impression that they were not surprised. I spent a good half hour in their company while they tried to get all of my paperwork done. When she finally called in, she wasn't familiar with what was on the lot or where the keys were. We had to walk around in the mud looking for the vehicle she wanted me to have based on my reservation. She had us looking for the wrong size truck. We eventually found the proper vehicle and then searched for the keys because the place she told them to look was incorrect. Today when I returned the truck it was quickly evident that she was having a bad day. I didn't even get a hello. She said something about me being the "lady" from yesterday that was in a hurry. She then proceeded to call me pushy. I was offended because she wasn't even there yesterday and I was not pushy at all. I mentioned that I was on a tight schedule, but I was patient because the people that were helping me were doing their best. I asked to see the gentleman that helped me yesterday and he explained to her that we had a perfectly fine interaction the day before and she was incorrect in her description of me. And then she had the nerve to tell me that if she wanted to she could charge me to clean the back of the truck because it was dirty. (truth be told, I did inadvertently leave 2 leaves in there) I told her the back of the truck was returned the way it was received (with the exception of the two leaves). She disagreed-- even though she wasn't there yesterday to see. The gentleman that helped with inspection the day before agreed with my account. She said she would "do me a favor" and not charge me. In addition, she had no idea how to get the mileage from the vehicle. I actually had to tell her how. She was only able to find the "trip" meter. I also had a problem with my paperwork because even though the reservation was only for 24 hours, the charges were showing as 48 hours.She tried to blame this on the staff from the day before, but all of the dates and times he entered were correct. She then had no explanation. This has happened to me on more than one occasion at other U-Haul locations. In closing, this interaction took place in her office with three others present. She explained that she didn't care what they thought because they are employed be her. Unreal. I feel that there are too many other places that I can do business with to accept being treated in such a disrespectful way. She is a very poor representative for the U-Haul Brand.
