“Went here for an oil change and a bad tire; the mechanics finished everything in a very reasonable amount of time. The prices are great, and the mechanics are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back for any other auto repairs. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is having auto trouble.”

“Love this place! Coworker let me know I had a flat tire. I called several places but they were too "busy." Asked if I could come back the next day. Since I have a 45 minute commute, I obviously said no. James at Highway Tire said, "Sure! We can do it." Another coworker put enough air in the tire for me to get there. They put my car on the lift right away & fixed the tire. In about 15 minutes, I was on my way home. Thanks guys!! ☺️”

Look at reviews locally for a mechanic as this is my first encounter with anything like this as I have always leased cars and didn’t have to worry about car issues. I see reviews for Sam’s and decide to call early Thursday. Sam answers and tells me what to do. I then speak to Danielle (who was absolutely awesome through all this) and tell her car is being towed there. Car gets there late Thursday night after they close. Friday early afternoon she calls me and says car is done! I didn’t know what to say. On top of that, they worked with my warranty so it cost me $17. This is how any business should run. I will never go to any other place besides Sam’s if I have any needs for my car. This place is awesome and no need to go anywhere else for your car. Good stuff Sam’s Auto!!!”

“This place is was Awesome , I went here to look at some rims and tires ,and got 1 on 1 service, (from the owner) on 2 separate visits , he showed me what they would look like with the tires on them.he went over reviews on line with me in reference to off road tires, and let me choose between a few and the price never changed , So I’m sitting around Wednesday morning and decided to call 11am and ask them to order the set I liked, I didn’t have to order, he was able to get my size tire (37 inch) in 1 hr and had them ready to go in 3hrs,I couldn’t get back until later, they close at 5:30pm, they still told me to come in and they would take care of me, I showed up 5:15 and he stayed there a extra 2 hrs to install my wheels,and it was the night before thanksgiving, the deal I got beat everybody else’s by $500 and like I said everything was done in 1 day, I was expecting to wait a week or so, but no, he definitely went out of his way to make this happen,also very very friendly and takes his time with you and doesn’t rush anything, And most of all, my truck looks 100% better than it did and a lot cheaper then I thought ,I do recommend BC auto and tire center to anybody who’s looking for rims and tires”
“Made an appointment for an alignment. They were ready for me when I got there. The service was prompt and efficient and as quoted over the phone.The waiting room is bare bones, and the bathroom could use a good scrub, but it was well lit and quiet.I'd go back.”

“I had a great experience getting my oil change done quickly. No waiting.
My only issue was, on my receipt it states that a curtesy tire rotation was completed. It was not. (Yes, I made sure to check) I feel that if the work was not completed, even if it was a “curtesy”, don’t put it on the receipt as if it was. That is the only reason for giving 5 stars.”

“Tires were purchased through Walmart at a supers steal. It was nice to have the convenience of walking through the store while the tires were installed which took about an hour or less. I would have given five stars but the initial tires that I ordered were not the right size so I had to reorder. When I brought my car in to put the correct tires on, the youngster at the counter insisted that I ordered the wrong size and they won't install tires. I explained to him that initially the wrong size was ordered and the new tires were there. I asked him to go look for them and basically we got into an exchange about wrong tires and blah blah blah. Fortunately the lovely woman who was the manager of the auto center was there. We went outside to check that I did have the correct tires ordered and that she had to go in the back and look for the correct tires. When I went to look back where they were checking for tires I saw that the correct tires were in the tire Bay the whole time which was sort of annoying. I probably should take off two stars for that but ultimately the situation worked out fine and I will chalk it up to a greenhorn behind the counter. So I guess I do agree with a lot of the complaints that some of the people are rude or don't know what they're talking about. I also had my oil changed the prior week which was flawless. It would be great if they did a few more basic services at the store but they do not”
