I recently took my 14 year old yorkie in for an exam and rabies shot. Dr Hopps is a wonderful veterinarian. He spent a lot of time and explained everything. I’ve been coming for 2 years and am so grateful I found them. In reading other reviews regarding the smell of urine I realized it was 40 years worth of caring for our pets. Office is clean though and he’s not in it for the money. His fees are low but the care is abundant. Staff is great. I got a same day appointment as they knew I was worried. I don’t care about a fancy office. I’ll take the experience and love for animals over anything else

Did not test my 11 week old pup for Parvo, despite that i asked if his vomiting and diahreeah could be parvo because i had read about parvo online when i googled the pup's symptoms. i took pup to Pinelands on a Monday late afternoon, they gave him fluids and a shot for nausea, gave me two nausea pills and a can of food, and asked me to drop off fecal in 2 days & update them because they were going to be closed Tuesday. Puppy seemed improved Tuesday & Wenesday, not great, but a little better than Monday, i thought maybe it was just taking time to fully improve, i phoned in that feedback Wednesday as requested, Pup woke up Thursday morning looking not good at all.. I dropped the fecal off that morning and updated them & AGAIN asked if it could be parvo, apparently they didnt think so because they didnt give me a straight answer, they only said his fecal that day showed no parasite eggs, and that i could bring him in again, but at that point i felt i had to trust my instincts and take him to Emergency Care to test him for parvo.The Pinelands front desk staff was nice but the doctor and one vet tech seemed in my opinion like condescending know- it-alls lacking bedside manner, yet ultimately didnt know enough to even test my pup for parvo when i asked or recommend i consider having him tested elsewhere if they dont do it there for some reason! Mt. Laurel Emergency Hospital agreed with my suspicion and immediately tested the pup for parvo and he tested positive. i was livid with Pinelands at that point, and myself for trusting them, because an older doctor and older vet tech should be very familiar with parvo! Had they tested him when i asked, or suggested i take him elsewhere to be tested for it i could have found out and started his treatment sooner. I will never go there again nor would i recommend them. i give them 2 stars for stabilizing the pup Monday, but a bad public review overall for not testing for parvo when i specifically asked if it was possible that the pup could have parvo. Trust your gut. My gut told me to go to Emergency Care Monday but i listened to neighbors who recommended Pinelands.

I’ve been coming here for a while. I’ve been a few times . I don’t have problems with The services and how cheap they are very satisfied with that. BUT, The first time I came here one of women in there looked at my husband And was complementing him right in front of me after they were asking if we were brother and sister, we made it clear that we were married.As of recent, I went in with my dogs And I brought my own treats to maybe help them out Because my dogs weren’t liking the peanut butter that they had last time. And I heard them talking about me behind the very thin walls. Not very nice things either.

First visit here with my kitten and we loved the girls there! So sweet and personable, hard to find nowadays! Dr. Hopps was awesome, very sweet with my kitten! If you are worried about prices, no worries here! Great prices!?We will be back and make this our go to vet! Very professional and caring staff & doctor! ❤️

Dr. Hope hands-down is the best vet I've ever been to. I've been to other vets where they charge me so much money and never fix my dogs problems ever. My dog has had skin rashes and itching since she's been born six years later after and plenty of other vets and a ton of money I'm so happy to found Dr. Hops. He helped her and the other doctors wanted to give her steroid shots every couple weeks and that was actually hurting her more than helping her. He's no nonsense. He got right to the point of her problems. He's even done surgery on her overgrowth on her leg and it turned out fabulous and even helped her with ear infections. Also I think it's so sweet They have little dogs walking around the clinic. He's truly caring and kind and helps all animals. I have two Chihuahuas that he's helped over the years. I moved an hour away, and I would be happily drive an hour to see him even further if I had to.
