“So, I have been super overdue for an oil change and wasn't sure where to bring it. I always hated taking it in for an oil change because I always get up-selled a bunch of stuff that I don't think the car actually needs. I googled "mechanic near me" and this place popped up. I was gravitated towards the fact they come to me, so I don't have to go to a shop and wait. I was able to schedule online, and they were here the next day. Marcus arrived and immediately went to work. He was very courteous and respectful the whole time. He was extremely thorough! I had my check engine light on and he ran the codes for me, and referred me to the mechanic down the road. He didn't once try and upsell me anything. He gave me a form listing off everything that was checked in the multi-point inspection. He was so efficient, fast and professional. He took all the anxiety out of getting an oil change, and this business model is so efficient, its going to be so easy to keep up with moving forward. He even programmed my maintenance light to come on when its time for my next oil change. I didn't even know I had one! It was also very cost efficient, especially considering they come to me, and I get my time back. It was a fair exchange. “I always come here for my oil changes. The employees are friendly and efficient and don't try to upsell you on a ton of things. The place is very clean, and the changes also come with a car wash. At my recent visit, they noticed a crack in my windshield while drying my windows. I didn't even know it was there! They filled it in for me so it wouldn't spread in this heat. I was able to stay in my car while it happened. Super quick and easy process! (my insurance covers it) Thank you for being so helpful!”

“Tires were purchased through Walmart at a supers steal. It was nice to have the convenience of walking through the store while the tires were installed which took about an hour or less. I would have given five stars but the initial tires that I ordered were not the right size so I had to reorder. When I brought my car in to put the correct tires on, the youngster at the counter insisted that I ordered the wrong size and they won't install tires. I explained to him that initially the wrong size was ordered and the new tires were there. I asked him to go look for them and basically we got into an exchange about wrong tires and blah blah blah. Fortunately the lovely woman who was the manager of the auto center was there. We went outside to check that I did have the correct tires ordered and that she had to go in the back and look for the correct tires. When I went to look back where they were checking for tires I saw that the correct tires were in the tire Bay the whole time which was sort of annoying. I probably should take off two stars for that but ultimately the situation worked out fine and I will chalk it up to a greenhorn behind the counter. So I guess I do agree with a lot of the complaints that some of the people are rude or don't know what they're talking about. I also had my oil changed the prior week which was flawless. It would be great if they did a few more basic services at the store but they do not”
