Panatda was amazing in helping my mother pick out a patio/pool set. She worked with us on multiple different bundles and styles so we could find exactly what we wanted while staying in budget. She went above and beyond and found my mother the exact two chairs she wanted that were out of stock at her warehouse to be delivered with the rest of the furniture within two days on mdw!!! Amazing and will be recommending to everyone :)

Very poor responsiveness. I tried for nearly two months to get in touch with this business, leaving multiple messages and sending them emails which they stated was their “preferred” form of communication. They also never answered their phone during confirmed ‘winter hours’. Perhaps when the weather warms up they will warm up to speaking to potential customers but until then - good luck!

Panada and her staff have been amazing. As a landscape architect I feel confident in her and her staff in providing all of my clients with great quality and stylish outdoor furniture, fire features, umbrellas and accessories. I have even been able to enjoy her couches and club chairs at my own home which truly makes my outdoor room, my favorite room of my home! Thank you!!!

The Wickery is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, they helped my familyCreate our own shore backyard Oasis with the most beautiful furniture. Not only did they help with my shore home, but my personal residence as well as my sisters home.The customer service was beyond amazing and we are so thankful we found them! We were looking for good quality, outdoor furnishings, and a web search led us to The Wickery. It was a short drive from LBI, and we were pleasantly surprised with the extensive inventory on the premises. With Pinatda’s expert guidance, all of our questions were thoroughly answered and we love the outdoor living spaces she helped us design and select. Delivery was exactly when promised, and we even received a follow up phone call and email to ensure we were happy with our purchase.We are thrilled with our purchase, and have recommended Panatda and The Wickery to friends and neighbors!

I’m not not one to write reviews but in this case, I feel compelled to give a shout out to the owner of The Wickery, Panada! I randomlyFound this place when I moved into my new home 4 years ago. I was so impressed with the furniture and prices. I filled my patio with Wickery furniture and I am expecting a delivery in March. Panada is so knowledgeable and has an eye for design beyond. I love the personal touch that she brings to the table. She just seemed to know me and helped me pick out the perfect set for my patio. I love how much help she gave me. She is so personable, professional and yet friendly.She is basically a one women show although her husband Edward helps out on occasion and he is equally friendly and helpful.She has always called me back. I highly recommend The Wickery if you want quality, good advice and a patio that will wow your friends!

I needed some patio furniture as well as chairs for my front porch areas. I explained everything over the phone when I called in because I wasn’t sure I wanted to make the drive. Panatda went above and beyond and took measurements over the phone for me to ensure that what she had in stock, would fit so I wouldn’t waste the drive down. Thank goodness it all worked out and she had the chairs delivered the following week. I actually went down to the showroom and she was beyond patient with me. She ended up ordering different fabric samples for me to choose from and came to my house once the samples arrived to measure and help me decide on what worked best as well as layout. THE WICKERY for the win! Thank you!

We stopped at the Wickery to look at fire pit tables. After we left, we had a couple follow up questions so I called them. No one answered and the voice message stated that for fastest service, use email. Which I did. Several days later, I still had not received a response so I emailed a follow up. This one she did reply to and said she had forgotten to reply previously. After another query to see if the fire pit was still available (I requested a response either way), there was no reply. I sent another email later in the day but apparently, they couldn’t bother with a reply. I sent a final email stating that we would shop elsewhere. No reply.The good news is that we bought the latest version of the fire pit table that we had been looking at from Ryser’s in Red Bank. Great experience! We are in the process of buying a full patio chair set (Telescope) from Railside Outdoor Furniture. If Panatda had been more courteous and conscientious in her replies, maybe she could have ordered us a fire pit table (it was the end of the season so we could have waited). She also lost a sale for furniture.

I cannot say enough about Panatda. Panatda’s customer service was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable on all of her products which are at all price points and below what I was given elsewhere. The Wickery is the only shop for outdoor/indoor furniture that I will use.

Panatda and Edwin from the Wickery provide exceptional customer service and professionalism! They were truly wonderful to work with - completely customer focused from the point of initial contact through delivery. Specifically, they pride themselves on ensuring all questions are answered and that we as customers, were fully understanding about the products we were purchasing. They were incredibly helpful in assisting us to best determine our specific needs, including pictures of various real customers' deck seating choices. Driving 2 hours to The Wickery was well worth the drive! Panatda and Edwin kindly stayed well past closing time to help us. We are thrilled with our beautiful new deck furniture and umbrella and highly recommend The Wickery!

We purchased a outdoor set two years ago, from The Wickery, the set started having obvious manufactures issue's, we contacted Panatda to discuss the problems with the set and found out the manufacture is no longer in business however Panatda went above and beyond to help us! She was very fair and accommodating. Additionally we have purchased many products from Panatda and have found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the product. I will gladly buy from them again and recommend friends and family! Outstanding Experience!
