“Sadly all can happen in our life and I was parked in the Long Branch near the beach and some very bad person hit my car and run while my car was parking and we were in the beach. It was my last time i ever come to Long Branch. So my insurance was very good and gave me two choices for auto body repair. I thought it would take two weeks but they fixed my car in 1 week and called me twice while I was in Greece ?? and I did not have USA number so they send me message then, very thoughtful!! Be aware they do charge 3% on all credit cards so to avoid that you can bring in cash or a bank check. No personal checks, business checks, or debit cards! Also pick up time until 16-30 on weekdays. And on weekends they do not work, sadly! When I pick up my car they give me brochure how to take care of my car and answered all my questions . So no washing in auto washing for 1 month no waxing for 3 month. So please read all what they gave you otherwise you will damage fresh paint.”

“Brought my sienna for a diagnosis for the CAT. Very busy place however, all workers are beyond professional and are very nice and know what they are doing. They send pictures and make a full report to help you understand what the issue is. By far, one of the more professional mechanics I've been to. They are also honest and won’t rip you off. I definitely will bring more vehicles here in the future.”
“Great price and service.I had a tire blowout on my Infiniti Q50, called Galaxy to get this taken care of. They sent their own tow truck to get my car to the shop. The tow truck arrived around the time the dispatcher gave me. It was clean and looked new. The driver was friendly and quick. It looked like the whole procedure was down to a science.The shop was clean and the staff was professional. They got me a set of new run flat tires, installed, balanced, and ready to go the same day.Amazing team, highly recommend them.”

“I nearly gave up on my car until I met Robby. At the tow point I told him I was going to thrash this car because this leakage has been there for so long. Almost all mechanic shops I visited had one excuse or the other, until it broke down at the middle of the road! Robby was like “I’ll fix it”, I asked back with doubts, “can you”? “I have been going to GC for several years and so have several friends. I know I am always safe with GC and Gary. He does a wonderful job and his prices are very reasonable. My car is older and I know it will be with me for more years because I go to GC.

“Found Road Runners online when looking for a place that could do all the upgrades I had in mind with my 2024 F150. First time I stepped foot into the shop I was immediately greeted and made to feel like I was a family member stopping by to say hi - Nick, who initially helped me out with my list of things to do, was great and showed me some of the bed cover samples they had to give me a better idea of what I wanted. When I met Rob shortly afterwards I couldn’t help but feel like we had known each other for 20 years, just the kind of guy he is, so friendly and helpful, he really helped me to fully understand all of my upgrades and talked through the technical aspects behind everything. “After being in a car accident police called another towing company which charged me $300 to release my car the next day. And wanted to charge me $190 and another company for $170 for 4.5miles
I called chain gang and told them I was browsing for a better price as I had already been through a lot and the expenses were getting unaffordable to me. They charged me $150 came fast and they were very understanding and helpful. I can’t thank you enough as a single mother struggling with bills a little means a lot. Definitely recommend.”
