If I can give this place a negative star I would . Start off with the horrible customer service lady that has her legs wide open in a dress with her feet up at the register. I was assured my dry cleaning would be back in one week it has been longer and I have an event this week . The lady stated the owner went on vacation but when I started to complain all of a sudden he’s back but not answering his phone . I asked when would my clothes be ready I don’t know , can I have the owners Information no proceeds to go on instagram ignoring me .. then gets mad at me for asking multiple questions . She also said I should never come back here , I have come many times as it’s been convenient for me . I do not need to waste my money where I get disrespected by asking about my dry cleaning . Please give me back my suits or you will have to answer to the courts as I have already filed . By all means do not come here there are many more business in town that are a lot nicer and don’t loose your clothing .
As you can see I still don’t have my dry cleaning even after the owner responded

I am absolutely floored by the exceptional service. Arranging for pickup and delivery was very easy, and requests were followed. I’m so glad to not being stuck doing laundry for hours after moving and traveling. Highly recommend and will use again in the future. Many thanks!!!

I have used the Pick up / Delivery Service for a few months now and I am so happy with the service. Pick up and Delivery are smooth. Directions are followed. My clothes are clean and folded, so much than when i do it myself :) I'm a happy customer, I highly recommend and I will continue to use your service. Thank you

The worse experience of my life, and I actually had to call the cops for this matter. Today I did 4 loads of laundry. I spent $20 total and I always come here. The afternoon staff woman who works there I brought to her attention that my clothes were still wet after leaving there trying to dry for over 40 minutes. I told her the machine isn’t working, and she told me the machine is working, and that I’m the problem. That she will not help me put more quarters to dry my clothes,AND that she will not give my money back. She touched my clothes and realized it was wet, and I asked can I speak to your boss or manager about this, and she refused. I told her it’s fraud I just spent $20 on 4 loads of laundry and you refuse to help me over 1 broken machine and says I’m the problem, and I told her I was going to call the cops on her, and she said call the cops I don’t care I’m not going to help you. Even after the cops came to the facility, she still didn’t want to help me. The cops filed a report against the facility, and waited until I got my wet clothes out of the drying machine, because they were concerned about how she was going to treat me. The absolute worse experience of my life, and the owner of the facility is extremely sweet and understanding. It’s a shame that it honestly had to get to this point and I had to leave the laundromat with wet clothes with cops to make sure I left there safe.

Do not use their dry cleaning service! Left a few items over the weekend and requested they be available by the end of the week. Employee assures me they can make that turnaround. I reiterate I need it for an event and want to be sure. Again, employee says no problem. End of week arrives and my clothes aren't at the shop. They don't know when it'll be ready.

This has a " new owner" I have been using them for YEARS but the owner has an older Latina woman working there who is very nasty. She ignores customers and can't use the computer quickly to make change. She makes nasty faces and threw my bag of laundry nastily on the scales and nasty to me when I picked up. The owner defends her. He doesn't care that I've been a customer for years before he came. Nasty service from woman working weekdays. So I'm racist for saying Latina which is accurate she is that ethnicity. Beware this woman during the week and this owner who defends her.

Dropped suit off Sunday. Said needed by Thursday which is more than plenty of time. Business not answering any phone calls all day Friday and then tells us in person Friday that they don’t have the suit on the property. Beyond absurd.

You can tell by looking at your clothes that they have new machines and best thing about this place that its never un attended.. steam always coming out when I am done washing I love this place and their free pick and drop A1 service
