Out of nowhere they couldn't take my CC anymore. So I opened a new account at a new bank. And same. I now for three years have had to pay $5 a month convenience fee. It's a scam. I know I'm not the only one

Horrible customer service!! Been trying to get a hold Of the manager all dayBeen getting the runaround from the employees being told to keep calling back later finally after being so fed up I said I was calling coorperate she takes down my name and number now the store is supposed to be open until 8pm they are ignoring me and not answering, its going to a cellphone voicemail box that is full and I cannot leave a message!! Im beyond upset and don't know what to do

Very dissatisfied with their customer service. The staff was deceitful and untrustworthy. I came in wanting a specific phone and they wasted my entire day waiting for their "manager" to be able to retrieve it to find out they never had a manager to begin with AND they never had the device either, mind you they had assured me that they ordered exactly what I wanted and took my money for a deposit anyway.

Literally don't even know where to start with this one... So, I have been looking to upgrade to a new phone for a while now. I had finally made my mind up on doing the iPhone 11 256 gb, which in turn is a major upgrade from my 32 gb 7 plus. I had heard great things from Metro PCS from my partner, so decided I would choose them to be my new service provider. I had done a lot of running around the entire day looking for said 256 gb model to no avail & was growing frustrated that literally NOBODY has ANY in stock... I had decided to return home when I discovered this little store on maps that was literally up the street from my house. Desperate at this point for my search, I decided to checkout this spot to see if they could help me out. Probably one of the worst moves I could've started off in the new year. I approached the counter & asked one of the workers if they had the device in stock or if it was order-able. She told me that she would "make a call" & find out if the specific phone I wanted could be ordered. A white IPhone 11 256 GB. VERY SPECIFIC. She gets off the phone & presumes to tell me that I would need to put down a $50 deposit in order to reserve the phone for myself that would arrive in 2 days. Shocked at the speed of delivery, I didn't hesitate to move forward & return in the following 2 days. I was informed that the "manager" would be giving me a call that morning for when the phone had arrived at the store. I come in the morning after receiving no phone call (surprising) & was greeted by a gentleman who informed me the manager wasn't coming in until 4 & that my phone wasn't at the store yet. Confused but calm, I left being told I would receive a call later in the day by "the manager". The ENTIRE day goes by & I finally receive a call from the young woman who I had originally worked with. She tells me over the phone that they received the phone, but it was a 64gb & not the 256gb like how we agreed on... I drive back to the store to then be told by the same girl that whoever it was she was referring to didn't know when they would be able to get a 256gb model. Completely annoyed & frustrated I immediately asked for my $50 deposit back. She brings out the gentlemen who I had met earlier in the day to refund me back my money to my card. All the meanwhile also finding out there is no manager at this location to begin with. I receive my receipt & decide to go to a corporate Metro store over in East Brunswick. I just so happen to check my account to see that they had withdrawn $50 instead of refunded $50!!! On top of that, once entering the other store one of the associates informs me that Metro as a company don't get the 256gb models to begin with... So let's start from the beginning. No 256gb. NOT EVEN A 64GB. I'm lied to about the manager. & I'm charged twice for a down payment on a phone they never had to start with. To say I'm frustrated with this entire experience is a massive understatement. Absolutely do not even consider doing business with these swindlers for a second for they completely got my hopes up to then tear them down & waste my valuable time in the day. Absolutely Pathetic. They deserve a 0 for basically stealing both my money & my time.
