Sadly all can happen in our life and I was parked in the Long Branch near the beach and some very bad person hit my car and run while my car was parking and we were in the beach. It was my last time i ever come to Long Branch. So my insurance was very good and gave me two choices for auto body repair. I thought it would take two weeks but they fixed my car in 1 week and called me twice while I was in Greece ?? and I did not have USA number so they send me message then, very thoughtful!! Be aware they do charge 3% on all credit cards so to avoid that you can bring in cash or a bank check. No personal checks, business checks, or debit cards! Also pick up time until 16-30 on weekdays. And on weekends they do not work, sadly! When I pick up my car they give me brochure how to take care of my car and answered all my questions . So no washing in auto washing for 1 month no waxing for 3 month. So please read all what they gave you otherwise you will damage fresh paint.

Best body shop in the area. They made a bad accident experience very painless and easy going. Once I opened my claim, the shop took over and handled everything for me from start to finish. They were extremely professional and returned my vehicle back when promised and with NO issues. Thank you Knoblock's for such a great job and experience!!

Don't waste your time. Stay away from this business. I fixed my car due to accident. I was hit by someone from behind. I was waiting a month and they couldn't fix it at one time. They tried to cheat me after turn off blind spot monitoring system. When I turn on the system, it was not working and I wasted 2 weeks more. And there is no parts inside of rear driver fender area, EMPTY!! And they charged for two times labor costs about open rear side even it's their fault. I confirmed with TOYOTA about double charged. Terrible business.

I was hit by a lady from behind. They worked with my insurance and fixed the back of my car. They did an excellent job. They made a customer very satisfied. I was worried due to the fact this was a very new car for me and I didn't trust any mechanic. Great job, everyone. Good team.

Dealing with Liberty Mutual to get my car fixed was a nightmare, especially when it wasn’t my fault. Dealing with Knoblock was the only thing that wasn’t a complete headache. Everyone I was in contact with was kind and really helpful. They also did a fantastic job with my car. Doesn’t even look like it was hit. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

They fixed my Mustang, you can never tell it was hit. I had them paint some body trim to my other car and it came out fantastic. Everyone is nice, there's no drama. Would highly recommend.

Great shop with excellent communication. All the work was done thru the progressive insurance channel, however the owner took time to reach out to me personally with updates, and the end result was fantastic. Knoblock replaced fenders, the bumper and hood on my car after an accident and repainted the body. I swear it looks like it came off the showroom. I’d highly recommend this shop and its great staff!Services: Steering & suspension repair

A complete professional service.. I gave my car for repairs/body services, and their approach was highly professional. Once after assessment, they prepared the estimates, and ( Mike) helped me answer all of my questions patiently one by one. And since I went through Progressive, everything was hassle free, and they took care of everything. Thanks once again for fixing my car and loved the way it was delivered. 5 star for this shop and surely recommend to others...??

HORRIBLE SHOP!They had my car for well over a month with ZERO contact. Only updates I received were when I called myself. When you call none of the receptionists know whats going on. If you have a newer car they do not have the proper equipment to service and fix your vehicle. After weeks of calling for my car and getting nothing back I had a male call. They released my car to me within 3 hours of speaking to a man. Upon receiving my car the tire alignment was WAY off, my tire caps are missing, and one whole side of my car still has a scratch which was supposed to be “replaced”.I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anybody. You will be out more money trying to fix what they failed to.
