“Honestly I walked in to try my last shot to fix the mess that I had over the phone with the outsourced agents before cancelling any service that I had with xfinity … I was expecting more from xfinity but unfortunately I had the worst experience, the agents were telling lies over the phone just to make the sale and convince me to get the so called promotion which at the end turned to be legit scam. the assistant manager did an awesome job and made everything right that day(Dec 27) (don’t recall the name I guess was Jouan). “Update-Luca saved the day. He was able to replace the non-working charger. Also was able to figure out the issue with the locator. Problem with safari but he showed me a workaround. Great job Luca. Changed from one star to four stars because he fixed a bad situation created by the first employee. Initial post- Our $45 charger just stopped working. We bought it a free months ago at a Verizon store. Rep Nayyar said nothing they can do. Wouldn't even look up when I purchased it. Said she couldn't. Said I should call Apple. Might as well buy accessories at Apple for all the help you won't get here. She seemed bothered about having to help at all. The location on route 18 in east Brunswick is much more on the ball. If you come to this store I suggest waiting for someone who actually doesn't mind doing their job. Asked to fix my location (near me now gets wrong county). After wasting my time she said I have to wait for someone else. New? Untrained? Doesn't care? Hates job? Super crappy experience. Had her hand out ready to charge me $46 to buy a new charger. In event she gets sales credit I will let the person I am waiting for ring it up. Shaking my head.”

“Went today to pick something that I ordered online . First of all, verizon has some really good deals online . Have never seen such offers with T-Mobile or ATT. I switched to Verizon and it's the best decision I made . Nice service and super good customer service . This location was excellent . When I went in I saw so much crowd and was thinking it's gonna take time .. but saw so many VZ employees inside . There were atleast 4/5 employees helping customers .. I had to login to one of their terminals , and I got assisted in 4-5 mins . Loved their service . Il surely recommend this location to others..”
