I would not recommend this groomer! She is very unprofessional and rude. She doesn't return calls and as a former customer she treated us like crap. We missed an appointment and tried calling and she ignored us after grooming our dog for years! Not professional or caring at all!!!

Pam is a spot on groomer! She has taken care of 3 of my small dogs for years. I have been with Pam for 30yrs. Pam knows her pups and there needs. Allergies, weigh , or even a dog having a diabetic situation. I drive 45 minutes now for Pam. I know my Bailey is in GREAT HANDS!

We love Pam at in the doghouse. We have been going here for 5 years. I love that she doesn't crate the dogs or keep them all day but has such a fast turnaround (1.5-2 hours) she has loved on our dog for the last 5 years and when we moved 30 mins away I STILL make the drive to get him groomed here. She is always able to fit us in her schedule to. The prices have gone up over the years but is very understandable. Highly recommend!!

I have tried many, many times to make an appointment here, but when I call, no one ever answers and when I left a message, no one ever returned my calls. Highly unprofessional!
