Didn’t even get passed the initial quote step before they no called/no showed (two times). Husband waited around for nothing those two separate occasions, even accommodating their schedule only to have them no show. If this is how they treat their possible clients than I am grateful that we didn’t waste money on them. Will be looking for another landscaper who actually wants business instead.

Terrible service, and people disrespect you over the phone, and they don't show up for the scheduled appointment. Don't waste your time with them.

This is a good company. However, if you have any issues. DO NOT deal with Saul Garcia. He is the WORST when it comes to customer service. He would string you along for months and tell you what you wanna hear but would not fulfill the promises. Ask to speak with someone else other than Saul Garcia. Saul should run for politics in order to make promises he can't keep.

Terrible. They got bought out the service became bad. They usually come do whatever they want (and more important don't want) and like to blame it on "liability" - give me a break. Can't mow here, won't mow there. Never a "boss" to talk to and never anyone to get a hold of. Office has zero clue on what they are doing.
I would NEVER use these people again. They are disorganized and do not communicate whatsoever.

The first year of service was great, but unfortunately, the second and final year turned into a nightmare. We hire services like this to ease the burden of our busy lives, but instead of peace of mind, we encountered a series of issues.
Despite being on auto-pay and seeing charges on my card, it became apparent that no actual service was being provided. Reviewing our security footage, it was startling to discover that our property was frequently going unserviced.
In addition, our small pickup truck, used for errands, was hit while parked in front of our home. We found through our cameras that the company's tanker hit our truck while arriving and immediately departing, without notifying us or the company. To my disappointment, when I brought this to their attention, the resolution offered was inadequate – a free leaf clean-up after repairing the truck myself.
The service seemed inconsistent across different crews, evident in the way our yard was cared for. While one crew did an excellent and respectful job, the other showed little regard, resulting in cutting our garden hose in two, blowing yard clippings into our pond or just destroying whatever was in the way.
If you're reading this, I urge you to consider finding another service provider.

I hired this company to remove leaves from my house, the work they did was great. What was even better, was the customer service. I dealt with a gentleman named Scott, Scott was available for any of my questions and or concerns. Any business with customer service this wonderful has my business 100%. Highly recommend.

This past season we completed a complex residential landscape project which was constructed by Custom Landscaping. They executed this timeless “outside the box” design solution designed by our firm (Princeton Design Collaborative) to solve a code requirement in an imaginative way that accentuated the properties attributes. This project involved many skill sets, from pools, hardscaping, retaining walls. Grading, lighting and of course plantings. The project also included a design/build rainwater catchment and irrigation system by Custom as a sustainable measure for watering the landscape.Custom brought in their own in-house team plus outside subcontractors to execute the design and were a true collaborative partner in bringing our vision to reality for the client’s enjoyment for years to come.We look forward to Collaborating on future projects with Custom Landscaping and highly recommend them for your upcoming Landscape project to create your own private Oasis.

Custom Landscaping was ready to help me at the beginning of the 2022 season when my previous service provider broke their contract with me. Custom's techs are professional, and their customer service responds quickly when I have a question or concern. They are much more than "mowers", don't be afraid to ask for anything! I highly recommend them, and will use them again next season.
