Wells Fargo doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. The incompetent employee Halliee Lambert who screwed up my son's account because she couldn't follow the correct process. We received a confirmation letter from Wells Fargo stating that the account has been confirmed and updated. Two months of aggravation and countless hours of time wasted caused by this incompetent employee. Wells Fargo's computer system is also useless. Why can't you go to ANY branch and have them help you? Instead, you get the same excuse of "You have to get the matter corrected with the local branch". We got no warning that my son's account was going to be placed on "hold" (thanks to the incompetent employee) or that my son's account would be closed. AND YES.... THE HAD A BALANCE IN THE ACCOUNT. THE WORST BANK!!!!!!!!

Most employees entertain you if it’s for their bank benefit like opening a CD,MONEY MARKET etc.anything they could offer but if you go there to get something in your safety deposit box it will take them forever and also their “ ethnic brother “ comes first.A lot of people can relate with me.

Absolutely horrible attitude and incompetent employees kicked me out when I was there to open saving account to get the bonus. They all told me to open it online even I showed them:Complete these steps to get the $525 bonus:*Offer expires June 27, 20231. Very unprofessional employees working here . Even I have business account they want me to wait more then half an hour cuz Indian employee saying they have to take drive thru first. I will definitely call main branch to find this out but please don’t open or go this branch. I never had this bad experience in my whole life with any business.

Even though I am nearest to this branch I don’t prefer to going there. They never pay attention when they scan the checks. Make fuss over everything they can. Once deposited a check in amount of $1, and when I asked her to check she made a huge drama over making me feel as if I did some thing wrong. I think her name was Lynette. I Just try not to go there.

Almost every teller in this branch - namely Kiran, Robyn, Tanya - are a sheer pleasure to work with. These three women are absolutely the faces of this branch in their extremely warm dispositions and simply superb customer service.

I absolutely love my bank. Everyone remembers your name once you've gone a couple times and go as far as trying to start personal conversations to establish a stronger relationship between teller and customer. There are three bankers that help you with all your needs such as loans, credit cards and investing. They are knowledgeable and take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. The tellers themselves are very helpful and make sure that they completely satisfy the customer before they leave.
