I have been to Valvoline twice - first to get an oil change and then the second time for a radiator flush. The first time it was on a Saturday around noon so I waited about 40 minutes but they were efficient once I got in the bay. I went the second time as I got a coupon with a substantial discount. It's close to where I live. They are good at explaining everything. I would recommend them.

This place is the worst, to get a oil change you have to give themName, home address, email, phone number, drivers license, medical history, etc…. Why do you guys need all this formation. Just change the oil. They ask less about less about the car and want way to much personal information just to get an oil change and the prices are very high.I recommend going to get an oil change at a place where they are asking you more questions about your car and less about your personal life.

My driver side wiper fell off and it rained all day yesterday. Was able to pull up to Valvoline and within 10 mins I was on my way driving safely again. Great ppl and service

SLOW, really slow. 15 mins wait per oil change is a lie. Valvoline charges higher price for the oil change, but I’ll bear it with the quick service. But waiting for more than an hour and with this price?No

Super accommodating staff, you can tell they care to earn your business - they’re welcoming, accommodating, and no appointment needed. This was my second time visiting. The staff left a positive impression the first time: I could stay in my car and in a few minutes I was ready to go. This time I rolled in at 5:53pm and even though they closed at 6pm that day, they waved me in. I was sure they were going to turn me away, and I wouldn’t have even been mad at it. I was just trying my luck. But I was so pleasantly surprised! Again, it was quick and comfortable. Thanks to everyone who works there and fosters a culture of helpfulness.

These folks are awesome. I usually don't have a lot of time to get my oil changed, so I rely on them during my work lunch breaks. The team over here is always good and keeps my car running well. Thanks!

I broought my car in last night 11-7-2023 for a oil change it was close to closing 515 pm the staff was rude from the guy telling me to guide my car in he was very upset and another person who was working there was yelling things to me after i told them i did not want them to touch my car baswed off of how there were acting . " Note I did smell alcohol " So that may have been the issue . I have lived in this area for 32 years and i will share with every person i know how this place operates.

Manager purposely tried to force people to purchase synthetic oil. The regular oil was 49 and with $10 coupon is 39. I didn’t have time to argue but they just don’t want to sell you regular oil. They have obscured the price board with a tree. Instead I spent 75$. I dont want to say anything about the manager because I dont want anyone to lose her job because of me.Please don’t go to this place, because they advertise deceptively. They say your car requires synthetic oil when I have been using regular oil for 7 years in the car. I will never visit this place ever again. Manager runs a bad shop with hard selling tactics. Awful.I know I will get the standard reply for the store to send the VIN. I am not going to do that because I am not doing this to get the money back, but to make sure that YOU and store manager is receptive to customer's economic realities. If your 'System doesnt show up' with regular oil, this is NOT a permission to loot the customer. Valvoline and Store manager are complicit in this loot. You MUST give customer the regular oil choice before you start with your oil change process. If you don't then the corporate is as guilty as the Store Manager. will NEVER go to this place ever again. Standard response will just irritate further.

Manager, Layla is Rude, Arrogant, condescending and unhelpful. Very Poor Customer Service by Manager. I would give it less stars if it would allow.My teenage son presented a coupon, and it was wrong. He was pressured to pay the full amount. When I spoke with Layla, the "manager for 10 years" said she could not credit or refund him. I asked who was above her, and she said "No-One" Because he was expecting to use the coupon, he had $30 cash and only an American Express gift card. Layla refused to credit the $25. She said you cant refund a gift card, I asked for the cash then and she refused. I called AM Ex and they said it is like a regular card and yes, they can credit it. I went to the place in person, where she was as rude and arrogant as she was on the phone. I asked her to give it a try, and she said she has tried in the past. I asked her to try again, if not, I would dispute the charge. She then wanted to see the car, which my son had, since there are cameras and he brought the car in. Yet another excuse. One of the employees tried to explain they needed the VIN number and she got mad at him. Even though, the receipt has the VIN on it, which was not acceptable. My son was not able to get there in the 10 minutes they would be closing. I told her we would be back tomorrow morning, and she said" no= it cant be done then, and she was not waiting the 5-10 minutes for him to get there".Is there really how you should do business?

I would give it less if I could. Layla the "Manager" is incompetent and doesn't know how to manage. A 50 percent Coupon that was given to my son did not work, so I sent him another via text. Being a teenager, and didnt want to make a scene, It was to late, he had already paid the cash, and because the coupon did not work, he put the remaining $30 on an American Express gift card. $55 for a small car for an oil change is ludicrous!!!!!!. Layla, who said "no one was above her", said she could not issue a credit, /because the cameras were watching her. She would not credit the cash, and said she couldn't credit the gift card. I called American Express (gift card) and they said all she has to do is issue a credit as if it were a regular credit card. She refused, saying it cant be done. Incompetency at its best!!. She wouldn't even try. She wouldn't even give a credit for the next oil change, not that I will return there now. I have used other locations, never had an issue until the encounter with this "lovely, professional" manager. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
