I mostly use this UPS store for Amazon returns and the employees have always been kind and knowledgeable. During a visit in June, I noticed that they make banners and the owner personally explained the options and truly wanted to help me design a beautiful banner for my son’s graduation. I requested an 16’ by 5’ banner in a timeframe that was too small, but the owner worked late nights, even to 10:30pm to make sure that I was happy. This shows true character and I am happy to support this place of business. The banner was truly beautiful, high quality, and a truly reasonable price.

Dear store manager - I sent my passport via 2nd day delivery and its 4th day and yet to get delivered. UPS store customer care asked to contact sender location to file claim as I don't have all information. I made 10 calls to store and every time store employees are saying that busy with other customer and call tomorrow when store manager is available to file claim. Its Passport and there is appointment at consulate. This is very critical and any help and assistance.

I received a package from Amazon that had a missing item & was told to return the item to the local UPS store in its original packaging. The item was in its original box but the store owner wanted to change $2.00 to tape the box. I will never go back to this location.

If I could give -99 stars I would. Why would Amazon contract with a lazy and unprofessional establishment. First time using this place. Amazon sent wrong item was told to return to ups store in original packaging, employee said 2 dollars to tape the box. When I questioned, employee spent several minutes trying to find on Amazon that states it needed to be sealed. I left before he found any statements.
