It gets 2 stars because the plants were beautiful. But the place itself looks closed with all the trash and garbage everywhere. Could NOT tell who was staff, who was delivering, who was a customer. When I finally found someone she just stared at me angrily for interrupting a personal conversation (which I didn't even do, I was just waiting to speak to her). Didn't have the basic supplies I needed and she kept trying to walk away while I was talking. I felt SO unwelcome, like I was trespassing in someone's backyard. I might go back to pick up a plant, because they were truly beautiful, but I don't know.. They made it clear they didn't want my business

No parking, no signs, messy garbage strewn about and not one person wearing any sort of uniform or I.D. to identify if they work there or not. We wanted to support a local business but it didn’t seem that they wanted us there. We left and went elsewhere

I've shopped here off and on for many years buying occasional plants for my home. I was happy when I called today to see if they are open and they are (surprising during the pandemic because plants are nonessential I gather). I showed up, looking for a snake plant - and I was taken aback by how organized the place looks now. They've always been well stocked, but cluttered. One of the men helping to unpack plants showed me to some pretty beat up snake plants, and told me the guy sitting at the front would give me a discount off of the regular price ($10) because of the plants condition. I look around for a while longer. When I got to front desk to ask about pricing, the manager (I presume) was extremely rude. He barely made eye contact with me- and quoted me $10. I asked if I could get a discount due to the condition of the plant. He said "no" flat out. I went back to the man unpacking plants and he seemed surprised I wasn't offered a discount. He told me there were small pine trees outside on sale. I qent back to the manager and asked "how much are the pine trees outside?" he responded, "uhhhh $8." I asked, "how much are the cherry trees?" he said "uhhhhhh $60," without looking up. Because of his rudeness, I left empty handed.

I had tried 800-flowers on line and could not get what I needed and was very frustrated with their website. So, I looked on-line for a florist near Plainfield NJ. My dear cousin had passed and due to covid-19 our family down here in Virginia needed to send something really nice. I called Town & Country and we had trouble understanding each other. The lady, Magoli, asked that I call her cell directly. I did. She was fantastic and the peace lillie they delivered to the funeral home (in less than 24 hours), was huge and beautiful. We got a lot more for our money than we would with most other florists we've used. I highly recommend using this place!

Wide assortment of plants and flowers. Very helpful owners. We incorporated succulents into our wedding centerpieces and the team at Town & Country Greenhouse was great to work with!

I just called this place and the lady who picked up answered by "What do you need!" I asked her politely if this was "Town and Country Greenhouses, Inc" and she said yes, who is this? I said I am customer who is now not interested in buying from them and cut the phone! Never will I buy from them!
