They need to refund me for their automatic car wash no working after I paid 12$, I call to no avail the line is full of unanswered voicemail and will hang up, I text them my issue and still to no avail

DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD....! I used my card and the purchase was 3.25 and they charged my bank 13.25 now who will return my 10 dollars??? I don't understand how this type of business stays in business.

Don't Recommend Coming Here! The machines are broken and they aren't picking up the phone at all. How you have a company but ever answer the phone!! I tried to get in contact with getting my money back from two machines and no answer

Went here the first time and was a little disappointed. I had to wait for a while because one of the stations was broken, and I understood that's part and parcel of the workplace. But the place also has no clear instructions on how to use the self cleaning stations and there was a machine which you put money in and time goes because you don't know what you have to do next by the time you figure out what's to be done your time alloted is almost 0ver and you keep running around. Need clear instructions, and the reviews can always improve a place. If the owner looks into these matters and helps the people who visit, it will be of good help.

NOT GOOD. I used my debit card to pay for my wash and nothing happened. No water, no sound, nothing. AND it took $10 for a $4 supposed wash!!!! I'm very angry.

Use Quarters, NOT your card!!
I come here to get a no frills, quick spot clean or wash and rinse.
Check the equipment before use. Sometimes the attachments are not connected to the hoses.
Water pressure is great!
I used the card reader machine in the wash bay for the first time to save my quarters. The machine was stuck on stupid so i cancelled my transaction and ended up using my quarters. I later looked at my bank statement and I still got charged $5.50, on top of the $4.00 in quarters, for nothing! Like others here, I've called and received no feedback.

Worse self car wash ever nothing works at all. Then they have the nerve to set u to use your card or a tap and the machine still doesn't work. Honestly they need to repair all machines so they work properly. Taking ppl money is not was up. Stay way and go somewhere else if you can't do it at home. And in top of that I was charged 10 bucks and I don't know how. The reader does a credit that you can't use. You call the number doesn't work. All they do is just come and collect there change and bills. They don't care that the machines dont work properly. Why can't ppl/business be honest anymore.

Went there To wash my truck . Hardly any soap coming out . I put more change in and I didn't give me anymore time. The place is a dump and a rip off

Wasted $15 at this dump. The brush was terrible. It wasn't until I rinsed the car that I realized the brush was terrible and took almost no dirt off. Then I put more money in to wash it AGAIN. When I put more money in to give me more time, it just took my money and gave me no more time. Don't waste your time at this place.
