Kiara from the Staples Printing Service Center was phenomenal and kind! She went above and beyond in ensuring I was happy with the final result of my printing project and even found a coupon for me to use. I am grateful she assisted me with the process - her thoughtfulness, patience and care truly made it a good experience!

I made a big mistake on my flyers and printed with the wrong date. I went to this Staples and Ekene immediately helped me with such an enthusiastic response. He understood my panic and reassured me he would help. I then encountered Rehan. The colors were off and he would not stop until he got it the way I wanted. These two gentleman really embody how customer service should be. Thank you again!

Used the printing service and it was very easy! We were greeted by Dave at the entrance who directed us where to go and also provided instructions. We only had to email document as attachment, then go to printer, scan barcode, pay and print. We were printing UPS shipping label for package and didn't bring tape. Dave provided us with UPS sleeve and even put it on package for us. He was very attentive, professional and efficient.

Best is staples do recycle for your old electronics devices, phones, printer & even batteries gives back some reward money which great considering others businesses do nothing.

Went to look for an office chair. I was greeted from what seemed like the supervisor. I had told him I was looking for office chairs and he guided me to them. Was left alone for a bit to look. About 10 mins later another employees asks if I needed help. I was then told about warranty of the chair i wanted. Proceeded to checkout. Overall had a positive experience! Great staff!

Writing this review specifically for REHAN in the shipping and printing area. He went above and beyond to fix my order. I came here earlier in the week and no one showed a sense of urgency and excellent communication like he did today! I was trying to print labels for my products, for some reason they were not able to center the logo, so it was cutting off either the top or bottom half. After a few tries and a little wait Rehan was able to get it centered the best he could. He offered other options and suggested different ways i could get it done. Thank you so much Rehan!

Just ran in to get a few things. The store was stocked but after checking out - I had around 6 items and was not asked if I wanted a bag while checking out. After the transaction I realized the cashier wasn't going to bag them so I asked for a bag. She wanted to run my card for 5 cents.... I get there's a bag fee but it would be appreciated if you asked if I wanted a bag before the transaction was completed.

My experience at Staples has been beyond what I could have expected. Back to school for me as a teacher means printing out countless papers, posters and the like. In particular, Jared and Tatiana have helped me get this done at lightning speed. After putting in an online order from home, they were so quick to complete the print job that it was ready for me when I arrived. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of their excellent service.
