This company deceives their customers by arranging agreed upon payment plans and then forwards your information to a debt collector after a few months; even though you have been making the agreed upon payments and never missed.Further, when I requested a current balance, I received a hand written balance on a receipt. Another highly unprofessional operation in healthcare. I hope this company goes out of business.

I may not have been the easiest customer but these guys are amazing every one on staff goes above and beyond Christian, Jonathon, Sarah and the list goes on each of the staff without fail are the nicest most patient people even at 2 in the morning when you call the emergency line these people are angels

As a former employee of over 6 years who left recently all I can say is stay away till after the 1st quarter of 2024 when the vp supposedly retires. Insane policies that lack common sense which in turn that led to the loss of the mail order business to Amazon ... having a director that has no clue how to type or check an order in specialty pharmacy dept...threats to employees to not got to hr to complain about the lack of lighting in parking lot at night...., having rphs hrs cut for not saying hi in the hallway to the vp .... having the vp walk thru the cafeteria singing songs outloud for no reason, etc ...these are all facts ...now the response will be I'm a disgruntled employee blah blah blah but facts are facts ... is it better then retail?, sure but it could be so much more if not for the lack of quality managers that have no minds of their own , have no management strategy other than saying yes to the vp to death as they hide in their office watching the internet or texting on their phones .. i have over 20 years of experience in pharmacy I've never seen a more inept group of decision makers and its laughable how they are still employed or still in business

They only seem interested in getting a credit card on file to bill you without providing a detailed summary of what you are being billed for.

Terrible turn around time in receiving medications. As a Type 1 Diabetic, why do I need to wait the 10 business days that is the company's guarantee? Why can't Diabetic meds and supplies be expedited?

They never follow up. They say they will call back once they get a refill approved by MD, but they never will. Very unprofessional.

Did not respond to an order for IV fluids for more than 24 hours (and only after calling them directly did they acknowledge that they even received one). The people I talked to were not interested in finding solutions, only to make sure they weren't blamed for their own issues. They tried blaming the doctor that ordered it, even though it is Qualitas' processing that took so long. Then tried to say that they would schedule it for the following day (48 hours after the order was given to them). I am extremely disappointed in this service and do not encourage anyone to use it if they have any other option. There is a common theme to all of these negative reviews, lack of communication, hopefully they recognize this and endeavor to correct it.

Fraudulently charged for four services that they did not provide. I contacted both Qualitas and insurance company. Qualitas said they are entitled to the payments. My chemotherapy ended and they still charge the insurance company. Insurance company doesn't care and paid for services that were not rendered.

I had never heard of this pharmacy but services were arranged through my doctors office. In less than a week they sent 4 nurses to redo my IV. From the staff to the nurses who showed up to my house they were all amazing and attentive to my needs all 4 times plus two calls to get help via phone. If possible I would have given them 20 stars ⭐️. The only reason why they came out was due to having baby veins who couldn’t handle the Ivs.

I am extremely frustrated with this pharmacy system. Their turnaround time to fill special medications is lax and very delayed. Also, my medication needs to be signed for and there is no arrangement of time frame so I have to waste my entire day waiting until their driver shows up, if he shows up. Unbelievable!!!level of dealing
