Worse company for customer service they do things to your account when you don't ask for it than they charge you for their mistakes wether u can afford it or not

We get our propane delivered to our location weekly. Michelle Moore from Paraco does a great job. She always comes at the best time to refill and she always super helpful.

They seem to have bought out my former propane company, which was able to perform work on the tank and line, and are now unable to do any work on the propane equipment. They'll deliver the gas, but nothing else. Makes for a real hassle when I need work done, and no other company will touch a tank that isn't theirs. Go with someone else.

Darla Titolo was outstanding at helping me switch my stores to carrying their propane tanks. I was having trouble finding a propane vendor that could help us get the permits and clearances needed to have the tanks on site. She made the process seamless, taking care of every last detail. I was able to grow my business due to her help.

Used Paraco Gas for 7 years, Ran out of propane on a thursday, called multiple times and no one ever called back. Following day I called again and was told i was taken off of automatic delivery after 7 years. New tank was installed on Saturday morning by Region propane
