Large selection, well stocked; but the dressing room seems to be permanently closed since there is tape crisscrossed over the doors (and due to All Sales Final, you cannot return clothes if you find they don't fit). Also the bathrooms need to be better maintained.

Changing rooms are closed because of coronavirus. It’s been nearly four years. When I asked how I should try on pants I was told to strip in public. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

I came here September 14,2024 Saturday night. I was simply checking out and the manager whatsoever she was so rude so disgustingly unprofessional like I would never ever come here ever again and I definitely do not recommend for you or anyone else to come here because the manager tall skinny with glasses is so rude so unprofessional that it’s just ridiculous and you don’t wanna be in that headspace where it’s so negative and if you go to a store and you want to shop the people, the employees have to be kind but if the managers rude, so I don’t know how the employees are going to be so definitely do not recommend very negative very unable just overall route

There was a manager while I was checking out and they are so rude. I asked for a simple assistance but all of a sudden she’s like you have a huge attitude and this is so unprofessional so unsecured because if we’re customers, the customer is always right I don’t know what you guys are doing with your employees here she had glasses skinny lady and she looked like she was a manager or whatsoever. I don’t care but she’s so rude so disgusting doesn’t know how to talk to customers has an attitude and just very unprofessional overall definitely do not recommend going to her at all.

I have been coming to the store for a long time I like the store never had a problem with anybody however they have a 50 percent sale on holidays what do they do they take anything good or anything of any real good value and they hide it perfumes football jerseys etc it's a thrift store and you're having a sale whatever is there should stay there to be sold it's just wrong then don't have a 50% off sale

Used to be great but this place is a joke now. The prices are insane. They must price their items by going onto eBay to see what items resell for. Charging $40 for a stained hoodie is just ridiculous.

The store in South Plainfield is generally clean and organized. I have not had many interactions with staff members, except at the checkout line. Maybe a few workers have English as their second language.
I love looking at all the items. It gets crowded on 50% off sale days, but that is to be expected.
Some clothes are brand new, with their tags still on! Be careful of prices and check the color of the tags to see if they are on sale that day. Warning - you cannot purchase an item if it doesn't have a tag. Make sure you check all your items for rips or stains, broken zippers, etc.

This review for WATCHUNG store (I guess it's so bad they disabled review posts). Disgusting greasy gouged teflon pan priced $3 below a brand new clean. Shameful! Management not good. These pans are NOT safe to use. Sometimes they leave the store price tag on and Unique price is higher. LOL!!!

I’m taking my business elsewhere because of how rude and unprofessional the manager was. I asked a staff member if I could buy just one item from a bundle since that’s all I needed. He said no, so I asked if we could check with a manager to see if it might be possible. The manager—who was a woman with glasses and auburn hair I believe— came over, cut me off with a blunt “no,no,no,no” and walked away. As a manager, you should know how to treat customers with respect and set a good example for your team. Her tone was rude. She should have said no in a nicer way. I won’t be coming back.

Prices here are insane and the staff are always so rude. They treat you like thieves and take their sweet time not showing you thing in the glass case. Not a single jacket here should be $50 yet it’s a common occurrence here. $30 for windbreakers when the average cost of windbreakers online is $20, AND you get buyer protection. Saw a towel here today priced for $25 when it’s up online for $20. These prices are so incredibly gouged. Only time you might find a good deal is when the stuff goes on sale because the original price nobody was going to buy. $75 for a jacket AND $10 for the matching hat? $80 in total, are you surprised nobody bought it and it went to 75 percent off? Seriously this place needs to do better, even goodwills prices are better than this

This "thrift" store is way over priced for most things. Why bother having a discounted color every day when the color that was listed on "sale" is taken in the back and a new color sticker that is not on sale is put on the item instead. Saw it happen with the books and movies. $2.49 for your grandmother's hanky. $6.99 for some books. Thriftbooks is cheaper online, they have an app. Jewelry is absurdly overpriced. Thrift stores used to be a place for people on a tight budget. What a joke. Don't bother.
