“I had a really wonderful and informative experience here. I suggest if you go there, ask for Robert. He really took his time out with me and explained every product I was interested in. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I had expected my delivery to be Tuesday (today) and Robert called me to confirm that I received that information on Monday evening. When he had called, I was still unsure of my time so I appreciate that follow up! I truly recommend speaking with Robert and going Mattress Warehouse, in Watchung, if you're in the market for a new mattress. The prices are *fantastic* and could work in any budget. Also, they have a sleep technology bed that provides you info on mattresses that would be best suited for you. It's fantastic and also important to know for your own health. That all said, the delivery was flawless. They give you an even more accurate real time ETA the day of your delivery. The delivery guys were fast, efficient and super friendly. It’s hard to find passionate people now. She is surely one of THE BEST!! About prices at Mattress Firm they are kind of competitive and the only edge is that they deliver quicker than samsclub or Costco! The down side is if you are not satisfied you have to pay for shipping and restocking. Rest is good!!”

“Carlos at Casper in Menlo park mall deserve infinite amounts of star however given the parameters I will settle for 5 stars. “We decided it was time for a new mattress. We stopped in at Mattress firm and were greeted by a pleasant sales representative Jordan. We were unsure of what our needs were since I am disabled from serious back issues. Jordan walked us through what our needs would be. The process was so much easier than we had expected. After about an hour we made an informed decision and purchased a beauty rest mattress and adjustable base. Jordan even worked with us on the price. I was only going to scope out the options and compare to feel of my bed at home but he took time to let me test many different options and I found one that was so comfortable there was no need to compare. That was it.
Price was good value for the model and quality so I ended up buying a more expensive bed than I had planned because it was so comfortable it was well with the upgrade. Jordan was nice enough to let me take that journey to decide what felt best for ME

“I had the best experience at this location! Steve was the person who helped me, notice I didn't say sales person. He educated me on the products that I was looking for right size of my vehicle if I wanted to take it and explained the delivery process. I took them delivery process because they give you a Good enough window frame to plan your day, more then affordable pricing for product and delivery. “Michael Anthony Furniture Galley is the best place to get the same items you would receive from any other commercial furniture store but without the hassel. My living room, bed rooms, dining room and den furniture all come from here and I have to tell you how much each piece looks perfect in my home. The brand names they carry are better than Raymore and Flannigan, and both cheapo Bob's Discount Furniture and Ashley Furniture hands down. Better, higher quality products and no one is pressuring you to purchase. In fact, I was told to look around, check out what we have on the show floor and when I am ready, to come and ask more questions about each piece. I didn't have to wait long for my delievery and each time I called to inquire about something, I received a satisfying answer. I don't know about the others on here complaining about service, delievery and even going further to say that there are people working there that are liars,angry and racist, but perhaps you take a good look at yourself to see how your actions towards the situation or problem you may have had, instead of deflecting the blame on to the sales people. Thank you so very much Michael Anthony's for your suggestions, helpfulness and beautiful furniture that I will enjoy daily. If you want quality, come here.”
