Today I had a box I didn’t realize had to be shipped FedEx and they taped it up for me and put the label on for me without me even asking so I could take it over to FedEx. Thanks so much! “I mostly use this UPS store for Amazon returns and the employees have always been kind and knowledgeable. During a visit in June, I noticed that they make banners and the owner personally explained the options and truly wanted to help me design a beautiful banner for my son’s graduation. I requested an 16’ by 5’ banner in a timeframe that was too small, but the owner worked late nights, even to 10:30pm to make sure that I was happy. This shows true character and I am happy to support this place of business. The banner was truly beautiful, high quality, and a truly reasonable price.”
