Machines are often broken at this location and it’s very dirty. This gym is often unorganized because it’s impossible to find weights and everything is always misplaced . Also, when trying to cancel a membership originally I was told that the front staff can just do it but then they told me that I need a manager approval to cancel my membership. I really don’t get how hard it is for them to cancel a membership. I kind of thought it funny how they kept telling me the manager has to approve of it when the manager was the one I spoke to when I signed up that they can cancel it in the front. They really need a better system and new staff for sure. Also, I don’t like the amount of text messages I get for the personal training. I’m not interested and they just don’t seem to get the point and keep bombarding me with messages all the time.

This place is soooo much better than the place I usually go! Cleaner and newer! And you feel they actually are trying their best to maintain everything.

There are more than 10 machines that need to be repaired. Lack of Management experience, men's restrooms always smell bad and need better maintenance.

Staff is rude and disrespectful. will not even look you in the eye to speak to you. Also no one (his name is Afnan) will pick up or help you once they find you that you are trying to cancel a membership- they will give you the absolute run around!! Be careful

Terrible experience.Sauna and jacuzzi in the men's room is frequently closed. It's never cleaned because the same spots are still dirty for weeks.

Disappointed with customer services , Extremely rude staff and same people were so friendly when we were taking membership . The staff on counter refused to give a guest pass to my daughter when 3 of us (same family) are members and we told them at the time of taking membership that my daughter will be back from college . Her name was added for Guest pass . Yesterday we were asked to pay $20 dollars and interestingly the employee Jasmine was rude and had no intention to help us .. We had $50 or could pay by apple pay or any credit card . She was firm and wanted only exact change for my daughter to be able to attend zumba class . We enjoy the classes there but wish for better, more professional and helpful customer services ! Thanks :(

Jacuzzi frequently broken. Mens toilet are broken. They keep the disabled restroom locked. They need time to maintain what we pay for.

The pool & jacuzzis are always off, never maintained and superbly inconsistent. For such a premium price gym membership doesn't really make sense -- truly disappointing. Please fix these issues and regulate the maintenance so that's it's more consistent and considerate for your customers' use.

Horrible Customer service, they don’t give you an exactly information, all the persons on the counter don't pay attention to you.

I am paying for my membership for only women’s spa but when ever I go always issues with the manual switch to turn on spa jets , they take months to repair the switch , women shower bathrooms are dirty with hair
