I don’t have anything mean to say, because I think this company already knows how they work and it’s sad. But it’s definitely going to cost you a lot of money to take your car out from there. They charge extremely expensive. They never answer your calls, and like the rest of the comments say “They will do it so your car stays there more time” I wish they were more merciful with people, and understood because maybe one day it can happen to them, and they will need that mercy, God bless

DONT LET THEM TAKE YOUR CAR, TOTAL RIPOFFFirst, 1 star is way too much to rate this company. This is a total scam, I had an accident and the SPPD called them even though I had already called other towing services. they took the car without my consent, so I went to get it right away before they close so I will not get charge for the usage of their lot and it turns out that they don't respect their working hours, I went to pick up my car at 3.30pm before their closing hour which was at four but they never answer the phone nor open the door when I was a their office. Then I went back next day and they open at nine o'clock but never open the door until 9:30am. The guy is arrogant, a total douche bag, I tried to be polite but it was really difficult. I paid his crazy high fee (total rip off) and I couldn't pay with my credit card, only cash, and then he was asking for a certificate insurance from the my towing company to get the towing truck into their lot, if not, he will charge an extra $100 to get the car out of his lot. So I did all the errands to get that certificate and when he gave me the ok I went to his lot and it turns out that the car was outside his lot, he was trying to get an extra $100 without moving a finger. I'm going to complain with city hall and SPPD, there is a towing company two blocks away from my house in the same town.Horrible experience, if your car still diveable, drive it to some place safe and do not let them take your car.

The guy is arrogant. You can only pay Cash. My car was towed wrongfully from my home. They are never available. The hours are a scam.i arrived to the lot at 830am no one was there. I had to call the police department to get in touch with them. You have to pay in south plainfield and the. Pick up car in middlesex. PRICE is a scam. You pay way more than the signage. Worst company and will be reported to BBB.

Terrible!!! I called and asked what time I could pick up my car and they said anytime between 8 to 4.I arrived at 1:15 and they were close! I had to wait outside in cold weather!!!!

I had my car parked at a apartment complex I live in , I pay extra monthly to park both of my vehicles , 10 months ago I I bought a new car and moved the sticker from my old car to my new one on my windshield . Tow comes and tows my car since the plates weren’t in the system but the sticker was visible ( mind you I have been parking there for the last 10 months like that ) this tow company charged me 455 DOLLARS to be able to get my car out. . This is ridiculously excessive and abusive , do not use !!!!! Lmao to what you responded !!!!! Not what the owner of the complex said to me , the owner told me you set your prices .. you’re a rip off and take advantage of people , maybe I should buy a pair of glasses for your towing guy , maybe next time he’ll see the sticker .. have a good one!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!If i can give 0 stars i would, they are literally scammers, they charged insane amounts of money 5 thousand dollars. Where in the world did they make this price up. I will definitely report this to the FTC and i hope to shut down this business, they shake you down for your money. Companies like JVD towing hurt small businesses that ate trying to stay alive during these hard times.5 Thousand dollars for towing the truck nearby is literally fraud and a shake down for money.

Our truck got towed due to a misunderstanding parking spot from truck yard. They charged 5k$ for 14 miles towing. Ridiculous how they be repping of truck drivers. Overprice. It just doesn’t make sense at all
