Great staff at this Citizens Bank!! In a world where banks have automated answering and call centers this bank actually picks up the phone; and call you back!The branch manager Miguel, called me back after I opened my account and did what he said what he would do and the Banker James helped me with checks and got back to me after they were closed. Glad I left Chase for Citizens

Banks and bankers are definitely not the best, but like many places and institutions their employees absolutely are. This is the case with Investors Bank staff in South Plainfield where all of them are really really wonderful. Hope bankers and people on top learn from them, from the base, from The People!

Best bank ever! I’ve been with investors and have only worked with this bank for 6-7 years now! They legit are a second family to me. I walk in they greet me by your name, you talk on the phone with them and they all make you feel so comfortable! The WHOLE STAFF IS AMAZING! I recommend investors to family and friends ALL THE TIME. Thank you to my investor family to honestly being the best!!!!!!!!! 100%%%
