I have been a client since 2021. Roman is my go to person for all of my cars and I would recommend that if you have have a problem with your European car he is the person that you should run to. He is honest and cares for his clients. It comforts me to know that no matter what is wrong with my car that all I need to do is call Roman. I took my Jag to the dealership and they told me to get new engine for ONLY 19k. Roman fixed the problem for much less--much much much less. I have been a client since.

So very grateful to find this place and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! Roman quickly assessed the damage and got to fixing my car right on the spot. European Motor Service is the best repair shop in all of New Jersey!! Roman is one of the most professional and friendly people I’ve met. He is so knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. He was so quick to repair my dad’s bmw and my mecerdes and he did so at a really reasonable price. I Love Roman. He found an oil leak and told me to go to the dealer to fix it instead of charging me. It was under warranty. HonestI have been taking my cars here for years.. The owner Roman and his employees always do the right thing for me. Their work is always good and I never have to bring my cars back to repeat the same job.Very fair prices and excellent work!!

I took my 2015 Mercedez C class to Roman 2 weeks ago and he was a great mechanic to work with! He was very helpful and informative- he took the time to answer any questions I had about my issues. He even showed me the issues I had with my car (worn down break pads and rusty rotors). He will tell you what’s wrong with your car and break down the services and prices for you, but he won’t push it down your throat, which I greatly appreciate. He’s very accommodating. I definitely found a trusty mechanic to take care of my car.

This is by far the BEST European Car Shop in NJ! They took care of my 2000 Mercedes C280. Blower Motor, Shocks, Blower Motor Resister, and Windsheld wiper motor all replaced and taken care of for an AMAZING price! This shop does AMAZING work and they treat you with respect and compassion! Not only has Roman taken his time to explain the status of my vehicle, he also offers options, not only recommending the most expensive option, as some mechanics do. Took my Mercedes to Roman to diagnose a suspension noise. Repaired quickly and very reasonably. He was professional and pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend and will not hesitate to go back. It’s great to have a trusted mechanic.
