First and hopefully last time. They seemed not to care about any bodies merchandise at all. Never inspected the box before delivery at all. Seems like they drilled the forklift into the box to the tv. Uncalled for.

Estes leaves large heavy products at the end of the driveway (as they call it ‘curbside’) because of Covid?! I really need someone to explain that policy to me-Driving 100 yards up a driveway somehow puts the drivers at risk to get Covid? The top of my driveway is a health risk but the bottom of it isn’t? Really?! Come on - management needs to look into this policy and at least change the language. If they don’t want their drivers taking the extra minute to drive 100 yards (which is a much better service), just be honest and say we don’t want to provide that service. Your consumer isn’t naive enough to believe the Covid excuse. Very disappointed my 4 large boxes were left at the curb in front of my mailbox where the mailman couldn’t have access. I even called the main office to ask them to please have the driver drop them off at the top of the driveway and they said it’s at the discretion of the driver due to Covid. I asked for explanation (what does Covid have to do with bottom or top of driveway) and they kept saying that’s our policy. Someone at the upper end of the food chain needs to re- think this policy -

This has to be the WORST carrier in the industry, they do not know DOT regulations and they also were 3 days late for a pickup. The driver did not want to pick up a hazardous shipment because he felt the paperwork was incorrect. tells us he was going to call his dispatcher and then just got in his truck and drove away. I will never use this carrier again

Believe the bad reviews. I am the receiver in this following review. Shippers beware. I've had a limited number of shipments come in Estes, but every single one highlighted this terminals incompetence and ineptitude. Out of about half a dozen shipments from this "carrier" (more like dropper), only one skid managed to make its way to the destination, us, and even then it was refused due to damage. They will hold cargo for weeks on end, they will schedule drop-offs and then go ahead and just return to sender without a word, when pressed on their antics they are quick to be VERY rude, and even quicker to hang up on you if you return their undue poor attitude back on them. If other LTL carriers even came close to this level of poor service I would issue them a reprieve, but they have been, by far, the worst carrier I have had to deal with.So far, I've caught them lying to the shipper about details, trying to charge receivers extra "storage" charges for their screw ups (skids sitting on their dock for weeks for absolutely no reason other than their inefficiencies), and they WILL NOT follow the shippers policies on orders refused for damages. This last point creates a HUGE hold up in resolution of damages they caused for both the shipper and receiver.To recap: Poor communication, little care for their cargo or customers needs, deceptive business practices, and all of this detritus performed in such an untimely manner that it causes time consuming issues for their clients on both ends. Simply put, do better.

I just want to talk about customer service when you want to schedule a pick up the girl is too rude, she is never in a good mood and always has an ugly attitude I hope this can be solved because it is not right that one requires one of their services and they treat you that bad.

waiting over 10 days just for a delivery date. I have been lied to, ignored and hung up on, both by the Lakewood, nj terminal and customer service management. everyone there is rude, unprofessional and discourteous. no one in this company cares about customers. Almost felt like i was just a bother to everyone I spoke to, and there were at least 8 people i spoke with.

They have the worst customer Service! I schedule a deliver and they did not show up. NO call nothing!!! I called about why they didnt show up or give me a head up due to me taking the day off. Literally, was like, you have to call the terminal the next day! Horrible experince!
