Great customer service! Called super early about a backpack and even thought a power outage stopped me from getting the info on the bag William was very nice and kind about it! My second store i've called today all are quite lovely!! Will definitely continue and recommend shopping here.

This store has a good selection of equipment and clothing. The staff at this store are very kind and helpful. This past Friday there was one employee in particular who was kind, helpful, funny, and accommodating, his name was Manny. I was searching for a hat to buy for myself and a friend, I was lost. I saw Manny and told him what I was looking for, he was quick to help and brought me where to look. I inquired about something that wasn't on the shelf, he then checked the store's inventory and found it, went in the back, and brought it out for me. Thank you once again, Manny.

The store has a good variety of bikes. But the person who was at the bike counter was horrendous! His attitude was clearly very rude. He was not interested in helping us but was more keen in talking to another employee! When I asked him to fill up more air in the tires, he just refused to do it! This kind of attitude does not reflect well on an organization like DSG and the person needs to be taught how to work with customers.

Ridiculous, this store arrives at 7.30 pm to make my purchases and they tell us that they are going to close 1 second before and I go to the checkout to pay for my products and they do not receive the payment because it is already closed, it is a lack of respect for the customer .

Never coming here again, horrible service!! Went to get a pair of sneakers for my child had them hold them and came back to have my child try them on, the store closings at 9 and it was 8:30pm. My kid then wanted a different pair of sneakers which we had tried on the display ones that was in her size. I then ask one of the workers if she can grab the pair of shoes and she told me that they can’t get anymore shoes because they are closing!? Well one they never announce that to no one even comes and ask you if you need help you have to go looking for people which is horrible. So as I was a little annoyed, I went up to the register and asked for the manager, and the guy said he was the manager. I then explained to him that I wanted these pair sneakers, but they told me that they are no longer getting sneakers. he goes “Yes, unfortunately we can’t”. I said “well that sucks, and the store loses money like that”. He then reply’s “we’re fine with that.” Like are you serious, horrible management skills and no respect to you customers! They’re going back to put all the shoes away, so why can’t you they just grab the pair and give it to me to pay for, makes no sense!!! I would fire him as manager because he sucks. Wish I had a photo of him.

Constantly out of product. Things are in the wrong place and the store is generally a mess. And worst of all its very difficult to get an employee to assist, especially in the shoe dept.

Gotta start with how happy I am with Ian's knowledge and customer service in the shoes department. I came with a friend to buy some shoes and THOUGHT I knew my shoe size. He asked me a few questions and suggested a sizing. I'm so glad he did, I was able to get the shoes that was sold out in the size I thought I wore and walked out ordering the exact pair I wanted. He also helped me stay within my budget. I explained to him my occupation and he had so much information that helped me understand my feet problems. You guys have a great thing going there with him.
