They no longer deliver, they refill prescriptions you don't need or want and today when I received a text my prescription was ready I pulled up to the drive-thru to find out they were closed for lunch. I'm done. Going to find a new pharmacy.

12, pharmacy staff members speak about the quick prescription fulfillment.looks like some manager who was orchestrated the team was around..I got my medicine in 5min... Highly recommended

First time over there. The staff was so kind, telling me everything that favours me. She was very nice and was so concerned. Neat and clean place.

Worst run business in town.Unfriendly staff, pharmacist.Waited 10 minutes at the drive through window, rang bell, used my cars horn, nothing. When I banged on the window, the pharmacist waived me away.This after I made several attempts to speak in the phone with someone, on two occasions I waited in excess of 15 minutes before hanging up.What's going on? Are we the consumers the forgotten species?I have no problems with other CVS's, had a tremendous experience with one in Metuchen (closed) as well as the one on Inman, excellent staff as well (farther).CVS-Oak Tree, do your community a favor, and close your doors, invest on educating your employees some people skills, while reviewing your business model.

Worst CVS to come too. People who work here are freaking lazy especially in the pharmacy. They are always short staffed and the line to pick up the med is more than 15-20 mins. These guys never want to hire more employee and shelf’s are a mess. Take your business to other CVS as this place not worth your time and money.

My wife came out of surgery. She waited over 30 minutes on hold with pharmacy. No one picked up. Called the front desk and was transferred back to pharmacy again. Ridiculous customer service!!!

My doctor prescribed medicine on Friday (9/23). First they told me that there is an issue with prescription so they need to consult with Dr office. I went personally to store, called Dr office and cleared their doubt. Finally they ordered my med Wednesday and informed me it will be there Friday. I called Friday was on hold for more than 45 mins no one pickup the phone. I went to store to inquire about and they that med will be now come on Monday. When I asked pharmacist he said we are short staff and we do not have anyone to answer the call. This is not the first time they had issue with electronic prescription. I asked for store manager and they informed store manager is not available til Monday (10/3). This is not only store but I tried to reach CVS Rahway to find if they have my medicine available but no answer from them as well. Finally I located Rite-aid where my medicine available, when Rite-aid pharmacy called them CVS at this location did not pickup the phone and kept them hold for more than 30 mins.

It's always stocked and they're usually not busy depending on the day and I get a lot of discounts with their carepass (recommend downloading the CVS app, available via Play store)I recommend coming here.

Very very rude pharmacy worker. Taking my prescriptions elsewhere. Been with cvs 47 years and I AM DONE!! no reason to be rude to a customer for asking about refill information because their online app is never working properly. I’m extremely disappointed in the service I just received

Tried to call at 10:12pm to ask a question seems as if someone picked up , stayed silent and hung up . Call once more and the line rang out . Thanks for nothing ☺️

My review is only for the Pharmacy Depart. I been going to the South Plainfield CVS for 18 yrs and never had any issue. I went to pick up my meds which was paid in advance, they claimed is not in the system and refused to help me or listen further. They kept pushing me to the drop off script area and of course they pharmacist found it. The cashier who refused to listen who also not wearing her mask properly and cough with her mask down did not apologize at all. This place has gone down to the drain.
