Teach your cashiers how to do their jobs. It’s already bad enough that the customer has to check themselves out and pretty much do their job but they also answer rudely when you ask a question.

Stephanie should get an award, raise or free vacation time for being an outstanding employee. She is the sweetest, most helpful and kindest worker around. Love her positive attitude and how she goes out of her way to assist everyone she comes in contact with. She is a stellar employee and a true professional.

I'm completing this survey to compliment the cashier Faith who waited on me on January 9th 2023 in the South Plainfield store on Plainfield Avenue, New Jersey. It should be noted that she was not only courteous, gracious, smiled through the whole transaction although she had other customers, she treated me with respect and was very careful when helping me package my purchases.

I love how close this store is to my house, however, I hate the fact that local HIgh School kids are allowed to loiter inside the store. They are loud and obnoxious and in the way of customers walking in and out. Further, two of the workers are always chatting with each other while actively ignoring customers, even those in line to pay. This nonsense needs to cease.

I would not recommend to anyone this CVS pharmacy on plainfield avenue in south plainfield. Needed a medication for my daughter. First of all they are telling me that they don’t have the prescription from the doctor. Called doctor’s office, they told me that it was called in. Then called pharmacy and they are saying no they don’t have the script called in from the doctor’s office. When doctor’s office called them, they are telling them that they don’t have the medication so that’s why they didn’t dispense it. When I called them back to have rx transfer over to any other Cvs pharmacy who has it. They are saying none of Cvs has it and if I find one and if Needed, they will transfer the rx over. Called multiple other pharmacies around. Found one that had the medication I needed so called cvs pharmacy back and asked them to transfer over to this pharmacy who has the medication. Then I am being told again that They don’t have the script and doctor’s office can call it in again to new pharmacy. They need to have better communication.WORSE customer service experience ever!!

The pharmacist Anoshki is very professional and helpful. She took the time to address my concerns and even cashed me out because she saw the techs were busy. Never had any issues with the staff here despite the staff shortages!

Went there to fill a prescriptions that’s was supposed to be available on my return date every month! Was told by the very unprofessional assistants that they couldn’t fill till the next! We’ll next day came and what do you know the script wasn’t filled! Long story short had to wait till Tuesday to get it and was accompanied by one of the girls attitudes! I said you should do your job and no when a product is running low to then get ambused by another young girls attitude! Garbage employees that are probably still in high school and don’t know what how medications assist people! If it was an insulin issue I bet they’d never run out of that! Garbage employees and very unprofessional! Disgrace to cvs all over the world! I’ll never return

Maybe they should change the heading says they are open 24 hours when they aren't and it would save people looking to fill an RX later in the night a lot of time

I went in there two hours before closing for a passport photo but the lady comes out with the rudest attitude telling mw that they are so busy and cant fulfill my request even though we were the only ones there. Passport photo services are available as long as the store is open and it should not have been up to her to deny my request especially because she was on her phone and claiming they were so busy. Also her attitude was completely uncalled for. I would definitely recommend reviewing the staffing in this location. I would give it 0 stars if i could.
