My wife went to the branch to open an account for basic needs, but the associate opened her a premier account in an unnecessary manner without informing her. Give customers a pile of paper to sign and charge high provision and hidden fees à la Wells Fargo: zero star. One star for being friendly and fast at least.

Chase is over-all a great option to bank with. The hours of this location are extremely convenient for the working person, and the tellers always go above and beyond to be kind and courteous. Very pleasant banking experience.
