I scheduled an appointment to open a joint account with my boyfriend for 11:30 a.m. It is now 11:50 a.m and our consultant is still not here. My boyfriend is here on his lunch break and this is extremely unprofessional to be 20 minutes late to a pre scheduled appointment. I am extremely disappointed! My appointment was with Jerry Heyliger. I highly recommend staying away from this branch.

This is the worse bankI have ever been to. I actually downloaded Yelp just to explain how rude this obese black lady that worked there was. I walked in with $2000 cash she wouldn't even take time to start a checking account for me. If you guys want to use a bank, I would refer any other bank in the world than the one located on Stelton Road in South Plainfield.

Horrible, unwelcoming experience. I am planning to close my entire relationship with this bank. Clearly I can see the drift from customer service and friendly attitude towards cold and rude attitude.

Wouldn't say my last visit a year ago was pleasant, but this time it's really good. I'm being helped right after walking through the entrance in an efficient and friendly manner, definitely would come back again for financial matters so five stars!

Very worst Branch, Very very worst Staff in the world, they dont want to work. For scheduled appointment staff not available and once went to the branch then cancelled appointment.there is no backup options for the appointments.Strong sugggestion is avoid chase bank and especially this branch.I went to open new account for my spouse .Because this branch staff, I am going to cancell my all accounts with this bank.

Worst place ever. Just one or two tellers and they take forever to serve you. Come here only if somehow you like to wait in lines. Bring camping gear if possible

I came to this Chase to open up an account. Anthony approached me professional and attempted to uncover my needs. After talking to him for a little he convinced me Chase was the best. He made the process super easy! I will continue doing business at this location. Thanks Anthony for all the help

Terrible service. I always come in to do a business bank deposit. And I got yelled at by the manager to wait in line as I am holding up the line?? I waited in like like everyone else, I should be treated as a customer and not a hassle. Waited 45 minutes before being helped while everyone else did not have to.

Vijaykumar Niyar is a disgrace for chase bank, he should be fired immediately as he is making chase lose customers with poor performance and customer service. My mom went to open an account was late 10 minutes due to doctor's appointment, the appointment we had 1-hour window to open a new account made her wait 15 minutes and told her that he can't take her and need to reschedule. We had another appointment at 1:00 pm which he canceled himself. People like this should not be working for a highly reputed bank like chase. I hope superiors will read this message and take action against this unprofessional individual and replace him with a professional which chase represents to do. We have many accounts with chase and it was our duty to notify chase and we will be calling chase to notify this behavior.

Absolute garbage banking and customer service. I had 3 fraud charges on my credit card so when I called customer support they said they could only handle 2, and the third would require a form that could be filled out at any chase branch. I arrived, was told to wait, then was told they couldn't handle fraud there, then told me to wait again while people who arrived after me would be serviced first.... if you have chase, do your banking with them at ANY other branch
