THIS IS ACTUALLY A 0 ! WORST TRUCKING COMPANY IN THE INDUSTRY, CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER SEEMS TO BE AVAILABLE AND NO ONE CARES IF THERE IS A PROBLEM AND IF YOU DO GET TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE THEY ARE JUST NASTY AND DO NOTHING TO HELP WITH THE FREIGHT / BILLS/ CLAIMS.GOOD PRICE BUT NOT WORTH IT IF THEY ARE BREAKING HALF OF THE MERCHANDISE YOU ARE SHIPPING WITH THEM. WE DEAL WITH VARIOUS CARRIES AND SHIP TROUGH OUT THE COUNTRY AND NO OTHER COMPANY TREATS OUR MERCHANDISE AS BAD AS THEY DO AND IN TOP OF THAT REFUSES TO PAY THE CLAIMS OF THE PRODUCT THEY DAMAGED.THEY ARE JUST A MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY THAT WANTS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY ,DO A CRAPPY JOB AND DON'T EVEN CARE!WILL NEVER USE THEM AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!

worst experience I ever had with a shipping company, That company is notheing but lies. I waas told I would get my package on tuesday then it got delayed to wednesday then the day after and the day after and for no reason for the delays and at the end of the day I got charged twice for a delayed package, zero customer service, zero helpful, they don't understand how to work out with the customers, 20 years dealing with shipping companies and take my word for granted this is a company to stay away from

freight ground shipment pick up in tennessee on 12/18/2015 now rescheduled for delivery to ridgewood queens ny on 12/29/2015. awful.
