The person I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable about my issue with the hammer drill. He was upfront with me about how busy they were and it would be a few weeks to get to look at it. I said that's fine, and asked if it's worth fixing because of it's age? He said yes definitely worth putting a few hundred dollars into it.
