Michelle and Carl in particular were super responsive and helpful. I had my first car accident over a month ago and today, speaking with Carl, I realized he was the first professional I'd spoken to who'd asked, unprompted, how I was doing.I've called multiple body shops and dealerships, spoken with myriad individuals at my insurance agency, and even the person from the towing service that originally picked up the vehicle from the site of the incident.I just about burst into tears. (just about.) It really hadn't bothered me how little human element there was in this whole process until I experienced a little bit of it and then I wondered why it hadn't bothered me. It should have. We're people and we should treat each other like it. We deserve it.So. Yeah. “I feel awkward even having to leave a review based on incomplete repair … we picked up our vehicle after being called and told it was ready .. only to find that the car had begun smoking 20 minutes after driving back home … we were told to observe it over the weekend as it was likely just water on or in the hoses being expelled since the radiator had been replaced when (Infact this looks to be antifreeze that I am wiping off that seems to be splashing everywhere under the hood). I come out this morning and peek under the hood to top the vehicle off with windshield fluid and notice and entire section of the air intake assembly was not properly secured to the vehicle.. Lift this section almost a foot away from where it should be secured by bolts…this is frustrating since we returned our rental and now will have no clue of the length of time it may take to have this fixed the RIGHT way ‼️
