I would have given zero star but there is no option for that. Front desk people are not responding for calls and intercom doesn’t work. If u need something u need to go all the way to front desk. There is no basic water dispenser on asking they say there is vending machines. I don’t know whats wrong jn providing a basic need.

Rooms are good and location is average. It is just beside the highway, there are few eateries nearby, Walmart is also close, but you will not get bus stop or train station nearby, hence you are completely dependent on Uber if you do not have your own vehicle. Hotel do not have a restaurant, so again you have to order food from outside only

Couldn't believe for the price they charge for a room that they don't have breakfast. At least coffee and grab and go stuff.

Never again ... unfriendly receptionist... poor WiFi signal ...bad room isolation...etc a very bad experience...the only "Garden" and "Executive" is the name the reality is quit the opposite

It’s a no thrills hotel BUT the front desk was helpful, the room was clean, bed was comfortable. The location is near a lot of places to eat so that was nice as well. All in all a good experience.

WOW - This hotel may say "Smoke Free" but it's far far from it. EVERY hallway was filled w the smell of marijuana, not just a little, so bad that when I got to my rm my clothing was stinking. Had to put towels under the door to keep it from seeping in, also heavily coated the hall outside my door w spray deodorant. While the bed was comfy I can't get past that reeking stench. GO ELSEWHERE where SMOKE FREE really means it.. Kept waiting for some stoned guy to pound on my door thinking its his room..

Regarding my recent stay at the Garden Executive Hotel, I received correspondence on February 13th, 2024, instructing me to vacate the premises immediately due to overstaying my welcome for 21 days. This notice received only on the day of departure, demonstrates the hotel's unprofessional handling of guest relations.The lack of communication regarding the stay policy, including the requirement to vacate after 21 days and rebooking restrictions, reflects poorly on the hotel's management. This lack of transparency creates inconvenience and surprises guests, undermining their experience.Moreover, the inadequate Wi-Fi service, despite prior complaints, further highlights the hotel's disregard for guest satisfaction and business needs. This substandard service affects guests' ability to conduct essential tasks efficiently.While I will adhere to the hotel's policy and vacate the premises, I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessionalism displayed and the overall lack of satisfactory service provided during my stay.Rooms: I would like to highlight the exceptional cleanliness and comfort of the rooms during my stay at the Garden Executive Hotel. The housekeeping staff displayed utmost professionalism and courtesy throughout my visit. Their attention to detail ensured that the rooms were impeccably clean and provided a comfortable environment for guests.Additionally, I must commend the housekeeping team for their pleasant demeanor and efficient service. Rooms are very nice hotel is taken care of nicely. Though the carpet in the hallways will eventually need to be replaced since it's a bit dirty. The morning breakfast is pretty good. They also have a $50 room deposit that you do get back after you check out.
