Merrill customers please DON’T go there if you don’t want to waste 1+ hour waiting for the person named Michael Leahy and be rescheduled AGAIN and AGAIN. If you don’t have time, don’t care about customers, then don’t let people set up appointments. Will definitely turn to other banks instead of BOA. Thank you for the horrible experience!!!

If there was a possibility to rate this Bank a Zero I would. Worst staff, always understaffed and slow. If there is a long line at a bank that means that the tellers are not doing a great job at picking up the pace. I’ve worked at TD Bank as a teller in the past and I was never this slow. This bank’s customer service is ridiculous. Otherwise, Bank of America has one of the best Application compared to other banks. I was there waiting for so long to withdraw cash. The ATM would have not worked for the transaction as it has a withdrawal limit. How do you expect to not have a long line during the holidays over the weekend when this bank only has 1 teller on duty.

Extremely poor service.Ms. Andrea Ramsaram and other relationship bankers have zero clue on how to treat customers or even talk to them (blunt, rude and unprofessional). Management should really check their work, the branch hardly gets 10 appointments a day. That is if they don't cancel or reschedule your appointment. One would expect better service with such low work load. Banking hours are also pathetic and utterly useless for people who are working. You would need to take a day off, only to hear some random non-sense that would ruin the rest of your day. Also, no cleaning being performed amid COVID and negligence of protocols should be addressed apart from their behavioral issues. I would recommend anyone to drive farther to some other financial institution instead of wasting your time with these guys. Also, please be presentable while working in a bank. You cannot show up shabby at work. People at Target (behind the bank) are better dressed than some of the bank employees.

I just went to have a direct deposit form for my husband in a joint account after tooo many questions from one of the employee he couldn’t help me so sad he took 30 minutes to said no bad service

I can see online that they close at 4 on Thursdays but the hours posted on their front door say they’re open until 6 on Thursdays. I was very excited to see people actually working in the building when I pulled up to exchange my bills, I saw people walk out and they locked the door before I entered. Again, their door says 6 on Thursdays. Get the sign fixed if your employees can’t sit for another 2 hours.

This is a very bad service I ever had, I dropped a check to my business account and it took 15 days delayed . When I call them and enquire, the reason was “ first time check deposit verification “ but I have already deposited the same kind of checks in different branchI better to give 0 starsSuch a worst experience I ever had in my life wasting a lot of time going here

I came to this branch to change my business account address, the guy invited me to room, and started to help me. After 5 minutes other worker walked into the room, and said I have to leave the room, because she has people by appointment, and she wants guy who was helping me take them. And I had to leave. She was so rude to me. Never could even think that it is possible to talk that way to clients. I’m seven years customer of BoA, never had such a bad experience in any branches.
